Feliz noche amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi comida de ayer jueves Santo.
Quería hacer algo rápido y se me antojo una de frituras, pense primero en pollo con arepitas pero abrí la nevera y vi unas papas ,cebolla ,ajies ,montesitos(cilantro, celery, cebollin ) y entonces me
dio por inventar.

Happy night friends of Foodies Bee Hive, today I want to share with you my lunch yesterday Holy Thursday.
I wanted to make something quick and I had a craving for fried food, I first thought of chicken with arepitas but I opened the fridge and saw some potatoes, onions, peppers, montesitos (cilantro, celery, chives) and then I
and then I started to invent.

INGREDIENTES//INGREDIENTS

1 cebolla
3 ajies
1 ramita de cilantro
1 ramita de celery
Unas ramitas de cebollin
2 papas
150 gramos de pollo
Aceite
Sal
Harina de maiz
Mayonesa ( opcional)
Agua cantidad necesaria

1 onion
3 chili peppers
1 sprig of cilantro
1 sprig of celery
A few sprigs of chives
2 potatoes
150 grams of chicken
Oil
Salt
Corn flour
Mayonnaise (optional)
Necessary amount of water

PASO A PASO//STEP BY STEP

🍗Empeze primero por cortar el pollo en pedazos pequeños.

Start first by cutting the chicken into small pieces.

🍗Luego lave bien con agua la cebolla, ajies , montes y los pique en pedacitos pequeños, después pele la papa, la lave con agua y la corte en tiras, luego prepare la masa para hacer unas arepitas ( ya en un post anterior les di la forma correcta de preparar la masa) aqui les dejo el link por si quieren verlo pulsa aqui 👈

Then wash well with water the onion, peppers, montes and chop them into small pieces, then peel the potato, wash it with water and cut it into strips, then prepare the dough to make some arepitas (in a previous post I gave you the correct way to prepare the dough) here is the link if you want to see it click here 👈

🍗Ya picado todos los ingredientes comenze por poner el sartén en la candela con suficiente aceite, una vez caliente el aceite arme las arepitas pequeñas y las puse a freír,, coloque otro sartén en la candela y puse a freír las papas ya cortadas.

Once all the ingredients were chopped I started by putting the frying pan in the candle with enough oil, once the oil was hot I assembled the small arepitas and put them to fry, I put another pan in the candle and fried the potatoes already cut.

🍗Termine de freír las arepitas las saque del sartén y luego frei los áliños a fuego lento teniendo cuidado que no se quemaran.

Finish frying the arepitas, take them out of the pan and then fry the garlic over low heat taking care not to burn them.

🍗En el otro sartén ya las papas estaban listas las saque del sartén y las coloque en un plato.

In the other pan the potatoes were ready, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.

🍗Despues de freir las papas procedí a colocar en el mismo sartén el pollo que ya le había colocado un sal al gusto y deje cocinar a fuego lento, ya con todo listo los serví en el plato y le agregue la fórmula secreta a mi aliño ( mayonesa) déjenme decirle que queda delicioso🤤. El pollo quedo doradito y jugoso.

After frying the potatoes, I proceeded to place the chicken in the same pan, which I had already salted to taste and let it cook over low heat. Once everything was ready, I served them on the plate and added the secret formula to my dressing (mayonnaise) and let me tell you that it was delicious🤤. The chicken was golden brown and juicy.
