Iran doesn't have a mind set. It's a polity of millions of people that do have mind sets. Are you talking about the WMD's they were about to get in 1992? 1995? The ones that the IAEA and CIA agree they don't have? What WMD's that Iran has never used and there is no evidence of are you talking about?
