I can relate to the forced upskilling part. It is really a horrible experience when you are told to learn a new skill without any plan or materials and then you search on internet and only find some half-cooked and incomplete material on the subject. BU, yes, Upskill is an important aspect in today's world where technology is growing at a rapid speed.

Indeed bro, I feel guidance is very important to upskill. But thanks to internet, both information and guidance is available in most of the cases.
