Hello Readers,

If you love high-speed racing, dangerous drifts and breathtaking stuns, then Moonkarts is your game! I have recently started my journey with Moonkarts and it didn't take much time for me to become a fan of this amazing racing game. Developed by Arcade Colony, Moonkarts is a full-fledged 3D retro-style Kart Racing game built on the Hive blockchain. After a long wait, it is finally playable and if you haven’t tried it out yet, well, you are missing a lot, my friend. Though the world of crypto games is only at its early phase and most of the games that we see are generally strategy-based card games with decent 2D graphics, the developers have really worked and for a long time and have developed a 3D racing game which runs on the decentralised Hive blockchain. So basically, it is a fusion of both worlds where we get an eye catchy 3D racing game with attractive graphics and beautifully crafted gameplay mechanics while getting the perks of a web3 game like owning your in-game cards and assets and a chance to earn crypto for your in-game performance. It is clear that MoonKarts is growing at a gradual speed and in spite of a newly launched game which is still in its alpha phase, MoonKarts have already gathered a decent player base and also has 800+ active members on Discord and growing.

Anyway, I have recently started interacting with Moonkarts and while learning about all the basics and different cards and their effects in the game, I am also posting a series of Moonkarts tutorial blogs, so that you find it easy to begin your journey with Moonkarts. In my previous posts, I have already discussed Karts, Tech Cards (Car Parts) and Accessories and moving on, in today’s post, today we will be learning about Driver cards. So, if you are interested, let’s take a jump right in.

Now that you have chosen your Kart and upgraded it with Tech Cards and Accessories to make it race-worthy, it is now time to fill that seat with a suitable Driver or else, who will drive those wheels on the asphalt roads of Moonkarts? Whether you prefer speed demons, master drifters or powerhouse brawlers, you will always find a racer crafted just for you. Just like we have seen different types of Kart or other car parts or accessories cards in my previous blogs, Moonkarts also has a hall full of unique and charismatic drivers who will drive your racing karts. Each of these drivers comes with its own sets of styles, characteristics and different visual appeals to the race, which certainly creates a whole new level of excitement and dynamic gameplay experience. Each of these drivers not only brings a unique style but also provides additional stats that affect the player’s performance on the track.

There are a total of 8 drivers that were introduced in the Moonkarts game with the launch of Alpha Centauri packs. As I said above, each of these drivers comes with different sets of stats where some will be useful for high speed or acceleration while some will provide more control and balance. Let us now learn about each of these 8 drivers below to find out about their unique skills and then find out which one suits you best to race.
