MOONKARTS | Earned 10k+ COLONY tokens in Season #21
Hello Moonkarters!
The ranked Season #21 has ended earlier today in Moonkarts and another fresh new season has already started, which will run for another 10 days before meeting its end. Now, those of you who played in this previous season, I guess by now all of you have claimed your season rewards. In Moonkarts multiplayer mode, every ranked season lasts for 10 days and at the end of the season, all the players who participate and play races in multiplayer mode throughout the season get rewarded according to their performance.
In Moonkarts, there are 2 different leaderboards in multiplayer mode - Ranked Leaderboard and Orbital Leaderboard and just like any other game, the higher you go in both of these leaderboards and secure one of the top places, the more colony tokens you earn in the form of rewards. While most of the rewards are attached to the top places, the top 10 places also hold a significant amount of rewards. In the ranked leaderboard, the colony rewards are fixed - first place wins 27k Colony, second with 13,500, third gets 11,529 and so on.
But the main treasure is hidden in the Orbital LB, where the top 3 places win hundreds of thousands in Colony tokens by simply collecting Orbitals while racing in multiplayer mode.
Reward Pool Breakdown
If we look at the Reward Pool distribution of colony token in Moonkarts, a whooping 50 million colony tokens is planned to be distributed every year and the breakdown is shared in the screenshot above.
Orbitals Pool - The largest amount of Colony tokens is being distributed via Orbital Pool, where 40% of the total season rewards are distributed in this pool and as stated, 20 million Colony tokens will be given out to players per year from this pool alone.
Ranked Pool - The next biggest pool in Moonkarts Multiplayer mode is the ranked pool, in which Colony tokens are distributed per game and 25% of the total season reward pool is distributed via the Ranked Pool. A total of 12.5 million Colony tokens will be given out per year through the ranked pool, making it the second biggest reward pool in Moonkarts.
Track Pool - The third one in the list is the Track Pool, where players collect Colony tokens scattered on the race tracks. This reward pool is distributed per game like the Ranked Pool and 10% of the total season colony rewards are distributed through this pool. A total of 5 million Colony tokens will be given out to players per year through this pool.
Ranked Seasonal Pool - Ranking fourth in the total Reward pool breakdown, the Ranked seasonal pool is distributed among players based on their performance throughout the season. The rewards are given out at the end of the season, just like Orbital pool, and 20% of the overall colony reward pool gets distributed through this pool. As stated, a total of 2.5 million Colony tokens are distributed to players per year from this pool.
My Colony Rewards
Now talking about me, after practicing for a while in single player mode, I have only started playing in the competitive multiplayer mode from season 18 onwards and so far, I have performed the best in the previous season #21. As I shared in my previous post, I have earned a total of 2,335 Colony tokens combined from season 18 to 20, but in the last season, I have comparatively performed way better and as I shared in the screenshot above, I have earned a total of 10,593 colony tokens as rewards from multiplayer season 21. Among the whole amount, I have earned 10,404 Colony tokens from Ranked leaderboard winnings for securing the 5th place and won another 189 colony tokens by securing the 8th place in the Orbitals leaderboard. To be honest, I am very excited and happy with my achievement and not to mention, I have staked all of these Colony tokens straight into my in-game staked wallet.
My Colony Stake
Before claiming my Colony rewards for this season, I had a total of 17,824.66 Colony tokens staked in my in-game wallet, among which I had won around 2400 Colony rewards for playing this game and had bought the rest from the Hive-Engine market. But after claiming the Colony rewards from season 21 and claiming a little amount from the SPS stake airdrop, my colony staked has jumped to a whopping 28,422.17 Colony now.
With the increased amount of Colony staked in my in-game wallet, my colony staking multiplier will now also increase and will earn me more Colony tokens by playing the game. I really liked this mechanism that encourages players to hold onto their earned colony and keep it at stake to earn even more colony using their stake. I am planning to buy more and more colonies from the market to continue the process of increasing my Colony stake and hopefully, one day soon, I wish to reach 1 million Colony stake at least in my wallet. Because with such a big amount of colony staked in my account, I can win a significant amount of colony from each season simply by playing the game. But, only staking colony will not be enough, as I also have to strengthen my Racing setup to perform better in the multiplayer races, so that I can win the first position more often and earn even more colony tokens by doing so.
Last but not least, as I keep playing the game, I am really enjoying the adrenaline rush while racing through the race tracks against other players and though my current Racing setup with a level 1 Epic Quasar Sport kart, a level 1 Epic engine refinement and some other Rare and common car parts feels weak while racing against legendary racing setups used by other players, I am hopeful that one day soon I will build a racing setup, powerful enough to lose them and claim my victory while securing the top place in Moonkart’s leaderboard. But when will that day come? Well, I am working hard in that already, so hopefully one day soon!

Never noticed that Orbital pool leaderboard is giving so much rewards at top.
Yes! But most of the rewards goes to top 3 and to reach there, you literally have to play all day with a kickass racing setup!
