The Silent Motivator

So, I've been away for quite a while now ( this isn't my return post anyways and I don't know if there'd be any)

In my defence, There are times in your life when you know what to do but the energy or discipline to pull it through is often lacking. I've had to tell my wife to force me to post but when ever she tries to nudge me on, I remind her of how tiresome work was today and that I'd do it tomorrow.

Well, that tomorrow never came. What started as taking a break for my wedding which took place in August 2025, became way more longer than I had anticipated when a community I loved so much was dissolved.

Anyways the reason for writing this is to really doff my hat for @kingsleyy he's literally the definition of commitment and discipline.

I know you might be wondering why I made that bold assertion. Well, I have people on here that I enjoy what they do so I set them as favourite and this makes Ecency notify me when ever there's a post from my favourites.

And there has never been a day since my last post in August that I don't get notifications that this amazing individual made a post. Sometimes, I get up to three notifications in a day.

This has made me realize that you must always push yourself irrespective of how you might feel at the moment and it's essential that you don't just depend on motivation but discipline.
