A Taste of Paradise - Reality or a Dream.

It's another day for my usual 9 to 5 that has sucked the life out of me like a starving Vampire. I picked up my phone to check the time to know whether I can still squeeze in some more sleep, almost like the sleep was still holding me by the neck I noticed the date was reading 1st August 2045.

The first thought that came to my mind was, wait is someone playing a prank on me or something? Of course I've seen a lot of videos on Tiktok where their partners play with them but wait.... I stay alone.

It was almost as if a veil was taken off my eyes, the room I was in was way different from the one I could have sworn I slept in. This is literally what my dream bedroom looks like, a walk in closet? A 100 inch TV? P.O.P as the roof with those red and blue lined lights? A mirror so clean you can see your soul peeking at you.

Wait! Is this a dream, I pinched myself over and over again, the pain I felt made it clear that it was indeed reality. I looked to my right, there was a view waiting to be seized, the balcony stared with so much intensity that I couldn't not resist. As I stood up to open the nicely set glass panel a breeze that smelt like lavinda hit me.

I thought to myself this must be heaven. As I stepped out, the view was breathtaking and it felt like my dreams had become a reality.

In the distance I could hear my phone ring, wondering who could have been disturbing this beautiful moment I'm trying to savor?

Incoming call from P.A.

I was like P.A ke? Abi I saved one of those annoying customers' number with P.A as an acronym for Problem Account. I sha reluctantly picked, I was greeted by a lady with a voice that could rival an Angel's. She spoke so softly, I was almost falling in Love but what stopped me was what she said.

Good morning Boss, I'm calling to remind you of the meeting you have scheduled for 12 p.m today sir, you're meeting with 5 Heads of States in Washington DC.

I was like abi this is a wrong number ni? Or na prank? I reluctantly responded "Alright, let's do it. I will see you in a bit."
As I dropped the call, I rushed to Google, I typed my name and what I saw was the best news of my life.

I owned a Real Estate company that was number 1 in the world in terms of innovation and profitability.

I Co-own a music empire that has the top 50 musicians in the world signed under.

Mandrel Mykels a major shareholder in a plethora of companies and his net worth is 2 Trillion Dollars.

Phew! so this is the beginning of the journey across and beyond? Or have I gotten to the beyond?
