Adapting and Growing in 2024

Welcome, my dear readers, to this new episode of the Hive Learners topic. Today, I will talk about something unforgettable.

We are asked what has been the unforgettable moment in this year that we have had. It can be something that has happened to us or a friend we have had.

And I really find this topic extremely interesting.

I want to tell you that this year, 2024, has been a tremendously challenging year.

We all know that we are coming out of practically two years where we have been locked in our homes due to the pandemic and all the challenges it has presented, which have changed our lives from the moment we had to replace the type of work many people were accustomed to doing, such as being taxi drivers or mechanics or various things.

They have had to progressively adapt to working and learning to work from their homes. So this year has been quite challenging in that sense for those people.

Not for me, because I am a person who has been accustomed to working from home for many years. In fact, I currently have around 8 years working this way remotely, so it is something usual for me.

This year presented a challenge for me because I strengthened my commitment to having a new purpose, and my main purpose involved several things.

The first was to find alternative sources of rewards besides Hive.

I decided to gradually work on that and came to the conclusion that I should start growing my YouTube channel progressively. So, little by little, not with the frequency I want, but little by little, I have been working this year on that, on growing my YouTube channel progressively to have another source of rewards and income besides Hive.

This is a long-term project I am working on. So this year, I started working on that and also on another network where I create and upload my videos. I am working there and advancing little by little, growing little by little.

So these would be two additional things to Hive that I have focused on, and I am working on that.

This has been very important for me because, despite the fact that it is a lot of work because I am diversifying, I am growing.

On the other hand, I managed to create a situation of power in the sense that I am maintaining a balance to be able to pay for the internet bills of this year, which I initially thought I would not be able to cover with all the rewards.

But fortunately, by planning and studying at the end of last year, the last two months of last year, and the first three months of this year 2024, studying the niches and content that might be more appropriate to the writing style I had at the beginning of this year, I concluded that the change had to be made as soon as possible and to put aside all the communities I was normally involved with.

So today, I am completely independent of all the communities I used to participate in because I saw that I needed a change of focus and to start interacting with different types of people.

In fact, this change has been very positive.

Among the positive changes was that I approached the Hive Learners people and the people from Africa and the friends from Nigeria, whom I am very grateful to know.

I interact a lot with them on Discord via voice, and this brings new airs by getting to know all these people because I can create new types of content. So this has been something I will never forget because it shows me how I can change my life in a radically and impressively positive way.

Another very positive and really unforgettable thing is being able to meet a wonderful person like @enraizar. He has really shown me that he is a tremendous friend. He has supported me in very difficult situations, and I am not only talking about the financial aspect but about having someone to talk to and who can really understand you.

None of the other people here at Hive have understood me as profoundly as my friend José does, and I am very grateful for that because we often have very deep conversations about life, philosophy, and, of course, Hive and everything in general.

So this has been a great surprise for me that this year 2024 has brought, and something for which I am extremely grateful, and I will never forget.

I thought I would not have any other great friends in this life, but life decided it would not be like that and brought me this beautiful opportunity for which I am very grateful.

This changed my life in the sense that it shows me that there is always an opportunity, that things can always get better, and that we should always have the hope that a person's life can change and improve, just as mine has and continues to do.

I hope to reach much more advanced and superior levels in what I can be economically and spiritually much better and acquire much knowledge because my plans include studying, renewing my studies, and starting to exhibit my art and begin drawing physically.

And for that, I need certain things and a certain space here in my house, to get it ready and start drawing and practicing.

But these are the things I want to do, and that is why this year has been a year of challenges, an unforgettable year that has brought me new ways of working, new forms of working, new mechanisms of income, and a new friend, a new best friend who is perhaps the greatest treasure I can have in this life at the moment.
