A Piece of Smile
We all look for smiles in life, don't we? In the midst of this daily hustle and bustle, if we can see or give a small smile, then the whole day changes. Smile is such a strange thing that lightens the mind, and the surrounding environment also brightens up. I think a smile is like a piece of light that removes darkness. From that thought, some words crowded my mind, which were expressed in the form of rhythm. This poem is written by my own hand, some feelings that came from the depths of my heart.
A Piece of Smile
There is only darkness around.
It seems that everything is over,
The hardships come to an end.
Just then, suddenly,
A smile appears!
That smile may not be yours,
It may belong to someone nearby.
That small piece of smile,
Like a glimpse of a sweet flute!
The sadness and burden inside the heart,
instantly destroys it.
That smile seems to say,
Don't break your heart, let's go!'
It teaches you to live anew,
Shows the way with hope.
That smile on your face,
I know, I understand it is very valuable.
May the world be better,
May all fears be filled with laughter!
Come then, everyone,
Let's spread laughter together.
Let a piece of laughter be your companion,
May your life be filled with color!
While writing the poem, I was thinking, how powerful a thing laughter really is! We may think, what else can a laughter do? But I think, this small laughter often gives us the strength to climb big mountains. It is a gift that does not cost any money to give, but its value is very high. When we laugh ourselves, or see others laughing, then our hearts are somehow filled. It seems to explain a simple yet deep meaning of life. I hope these simple words of mine touch your hearts.
