¡¡Mi Introducción en Hive¡¡♦️ Una nueva experiencia para mí.

Soy llanera por nacimiento y Barquisimetana por tener más de la mitad de mi vida viviendo en esa hermosa ciudad. Donde me desempeñé como docente Normalista de Aula Rural.

Mientras unos lloraban porque los mandaban al campo a trabajar, yo estaba feliz, porque siempre me ha gustado la naturaleza. Soy sincera, sencilla. Con la disponibilidad de aprender y desaprender.

En la actualidad vivo en una dualidad entre Barquisimeto y la Isla de Margarita, que es un ambiente playero muy hermoso, con sus montañas, centros comerciales y parques temáticos.

Soy Flor Pérez, y de cariño los amigos de la universidad de mis hijas gemelas @solibella y @flordepiscis me dicen MAMÁ Flor, y es por eso que decidí que ese sería un lindo nombre para ser conocida en la plataforma.

A los 22 años enfrentando muchas expectativas...con niños de preescolar que fue mi primer trabajo y luego docente de primaria. Se tienen conocimientos , pero la realidad en el aula es otra. Cada niño o joven es una situación social diferente. Todos los días para el docente es un reto. La comunidad donde trabajé ; respetaban al docente y nos apreciaban. Se visitaban los hogares vulnerables a problemas sociales y por aprendizajes o ausentismo escolar del niño, etc.

A mis 27 años tuve a mis hijas gemelas,pensé que no trabajaría más.Todo volvió a su normalidad con el apoyo familiar.

Dios me premió con un parto gemelar, excelentes hijas que tienen el don de la enseñanza, pero a través de la danza, herencia que a través de los años su papá y yo les dimos.

Una de mis hijas me presenta la idea de pertenecer a la Comunidad de Hive a la que ella pertenece y la he visto bastante animada y contenta. Me gustan sus publicaciones y me agrada la idea de poder aportar, y ser parte de la blockchain.

Su amiga @sugarelys me ha animado a participar y hace poco me comentaron que a través del proyecto @ocd con la ayuda @rlathulerie quién logró ser parte del proyecto de onboarding para trabajar con la comunidad de Hive en Margarita, podía ingresar a esta comunidad, dónde me enseñaran, y apoyaran, además de guiarme en este camino, y así poder contar con este medio para compartir aprendizajes, y disfrutar de la realimentación, yo de ustedes y ustedes de mí a través de nuestras publicaciones.

Así como ellos me dicen, espero en mi rol de Mamá poder compartir con ustedes un poco de mis conocimientos y experiencias.

El tipo de contenido a compartir será de mis experiencias en mi vida cotidiana y de la docencia, que siempre formará parte en mi vida...
Valores fundamentales que están siempre en mi vida son el respeto, la amistad, solidaridad, generosidad y el amor.Deben estar presentes también en ustedes donde quiera que estén... Porque son la base que nos determinan como ser humano.

I am a llanera by birth and Barquisimetana by having more than half of my life living in that beautiful city. Where I worked as a teacher in a rural classroom.

While some cried because they were sent to work in the countryside, I was happy, because I have always loved nature. I am sincere, simple. I am willing to learn and unlearn.

I currently live in a duality between Barquisimeto and Margarita Island, which is a very beautiful beach environment, with its mountains, shopping malls and theme parks.

I'm Flor Pérez, and my twin daughters' university friends @solibella and @flordepiscis call me MAMÁ Flor, and that's why I decided that would be a nice name to be known on the platform.

With 22 years facing many expectations...with pre-school children which was my first job and then as a primary school teacher. You have knowledge, but the reality in the classroom is different. Every child or young person is a different social situation. Every day for the teacher is a challenge. The community I worked in respected the teacher and appreciated us. We visited vulnerable homes because of social problems and because of the child's learning or truancy, etc.

At the age of 27 I had twin daughters, I thought I would never work again, everything went back to normal with the support of the family.

God rewarded me with the birth of twins, excellent daughters who have the gift of teaching, but through dance, an inheritance that their father and I gave them over the years.

One of my daughters introduced me to the idea of belonging to the Hive Community to which she belongs and I have seen her quite animated and happy. I like her posts and I like the idea of being able to contribute and be part of the blockchain.

Also her friend @sugarelys has encouraged me to participate and recently they told me that through the @ocd project with the help of @rlathulerie who managed to be part of the onboarding project to work with the Hive community in Margarita, I could join this community, where they would teach me, and support me, as well as guide me on this path, and thus be able to count on this medium to share learning, and enjoy the feedback, me from you and you from me through our publications.

As they tell me, I hope in my role as a mum to be able to share with you some of my knowledge and experiences.

The type of content to be shared will be from my experiences in my daily life and from teaching, which will always be part of my life.

The fundamental values that are always in my life are respect, friendship, solidarity, generosity and love, which should also be present in you wherever you are. Because they are the basis that determines us as human beings.
