The importance of details/ La importancia de los detalles
Cuando voy a algún sitio de comida, así sea de esas que compras para llevar, trato de ver el ambiente, pues eso dice mucho de la calidad de sus productos, y aunque no es una regla que un sitio limpio y bien decorado ofrezca una comida deliciosa, por lo general son muy pocas las excepciones.
Es importante hacer sentir al cliente, que llegó a un sitio cálido, en el que su experiencia será la mejor, de manera de poder crear una imagen positiva que lo invite a volver en otra oportunidad. En mi caso, prestarle atención a esas cosas, me ha servido para ser más observadora no solo en esos ambientes, sino en la vida en general.
Quizás sea tonto, pero cuando aprendemos a estar atentos no solo a lo grande, sino también a lo pequeño, muchas oportunidades pueden abrirse ante nosotros. Los detalles marcan diferencias que aunque parezcan impalpables, darán sus frutos en un mediano o largo plazo.
Y ustedes, están atentos a estas cosas? Lo hacían antes de Hive o luego de empezar a crear contenidos? Será interesante leer sus opiniones.

Hola amiga todo lo que escribes en tu post es cierto, yo siempre estoy atenta al tipo de sitio que visito y es como tú dices, algunas veces el sitio se ve genial pero la comida no es tan buena, me paso acaso menos de un mes, pero todo lo que está a la vista y es lindo es lo que vende.

Realmente no recuerdo si lo hacía antes de Hive o no, pero ahora lo hago mucho, me encanta los lugares donde prestan atención a los detalles para hacer sentir a gusto a los clientes
Si, pareciera que solo son adornos, pero en conjunto crean un ambiente y eso es lo que engancha a la gente, además del servicio.
