Photographing Dogs and People in the park - Monomad Challenge.
Today, I'm back with a new set of photographs I took at my city's metropolitan park.
I hadn't been to the park in a long time because Venezuela is going through a period of intense rain, and it has literally rained for many days straight. For that reason, I hadn't been able to take more of these photos that I enjoy so much and find relaxing to do. Yesterday, we finally had a sunny day, so I didn't miss the opportunity to go to the park with my camera in hand to take these shots.
I'll start by showing you these photos I took of a Schnauzer. He was quite the serious gentleman!
Hoy estoy de vuelta con un nuevo set de fotografias que hice en el parque metropolitano de mi ciudad.
Tenia muchisimo tiempo sin ir al parque porque en Venezuela estamos pasando por un periodo de lluvias intensas y literalmente ha llovido muchisimos dias seguidos, por esa razon no habia podido hacer mas de estas fotos que tanto me gustan y me relajan, ayer finalmente tuvimos un dia de sol asi que no perdí al oportunidad de ir al parque con mi camara en mano a hacer estas fotos.
Empezaré por mostrarles estas fotos que le tomé a un perro de raza schnauzer, era todo un señor super serio!
I asked his owner if he could lift the dog to face level so I could take a picture of them together. I'm collecting these types of photos because they look adorable!
Le dije a su dueño que si podia alzar al perrito a la altura de su cara para hacerle una foto juntos, estoy recopilando estas fotos porque se ven adorables!
And even though I went with the goal of photographing dogs, I also took the opportunity to get some "street" style photos because the park was full of people, and there were interesting elements to capture.
Like this gentleman who was sitting, enjoying the park's scenery:
Y aunque fuí con el objetivo de hacer fotos de perros tambien el momento de hacer algunas fotos tipo "callejeras" porque el parque estaba lleno de personas y hubieron elementos interesantes de fotografiar.

This child in his pedal car looked like he was in a race:

Minutes later, I saw a woman sitting with her two dogs, so I approached to ask if I could take a couple of photos, and this was the result:
Minutos mas tarde ví a una mujer sentada con sus dos perros asi que me acerqué a preguntarle si le podia hacer un par de fotos y este fue el resultado:
And in a couple of minutes, she continued on her way. As she was leaving, I took this photo:
Y en un par de minutos siguió su camino... Mientras ella se iba yo hice esta foto:
And at that very moment, I saw two guys approaching on bicycles, so I took a photo of them in motion!
Y en ese mismo instante vi como se acercaban dos chicos en bicicleta así que les hice una foto en movimiento!
I kept walking, looking for dogs to photograph, and came across this adorable little one who smiled for the camera:
Seguí caminando buscando perros para fotografiar y me topé con este adorable pequeñin que sonrió para la camara:
Minutes later, I saw this gentleman who was sitting with his grandson. The scene seemed touching, so I asked if I could take a photo, and he gave me permission. The symbolism in this photo is incredible!
Minutos mas tarde ví a este señor que estaba sentado con su nieto, la escena me pareció conmovedora asi que le pregunté si le podia hacer una foto y el me dió su permiso, el simbolismo de esta foto es increible!
Two extremes of life in one photo, and best of all, the man and his grandson are identical!
Dos extremos de la vida en una misma foto y lo mejor de todo, el señor y su nieto son idénticos!
I continued walking with my eyes wide open for any interesting scene to photograph and spotted a moment where I could create a natural frame:
Seguí caminando con los ojos bien abiertos ante culquier escena interesante de fotografiar y ví una foto en la que podía hacer un encuadre natural:
