Lifescape Tribe Photography Contest Round 11 - COLORS OF LIFE

Hello fellow Lifescape tribe!

While browsing through the Hive ecosystem, I came across this color-themed contest and thought it looked easy and fun to join. So I decided to give it a try and make it a goal to participate at least once a week. This week’s theme is “silver,” and I immediately thought of this item I had lying around, the shackle.

Although it’s actually made of galvanized iron, its metallic finish gives off a silver-like appearance, which I thought fit the theme quite well. It might not be the most glamorous object, but I liked how simple and industrial it looked through the lens. Sometimes, beauty can be found in the most practical of things.
