Les cuento que ayer haciendo un Live en Tiktok sobre lectura de poemas, me topé con la décima espinela, donde fue la primera vez que me atrevi a componer unas décima para el concurso de la comunidad @literatos. Aquí te dejo mi participación del 2020

Cinco años han pasado y parece que fue ayer. Después que llegue de las terapias de la cervical y la rodilla izquierda, en la tardecita me senté en la compañía de mi café, el elixir que repone mis energía; eche a recordar toda esa técnica, que es una combinación quizás compleja para el que se adentra por primera vez.

Five years have passed and it seems like yesterday. After I arrived from the cervical and left knee therapies, in the afternoon I sat in the company of my coffee, the elixir that replenishes my energy; Remember all that technique, which is a perhaps complex combination for those who enter for the first time.

Me volví a centrar de que la Décima Espinela mantuviera la métrica de la estrofa de 10 versos octosílabos, es decir que cada versos tuviera 8 sílabas, y que no perdiera el esquema de rima: ABBAACCDDC.

I focused again on the Tenth Spinel maintaining the meter of the stanza of 10 octosyllabic lines, that is, that each line had 8 syllables, and that it did not lose the rhyme scheme: ABBAACCDDC.

Les confieso que fue todo un reto, me costó agarrar el hilo nuevamente, pero acá practique lo suficiente varias décimas. Inicié primero con la estrofa que había creado en aquellos tiempos, luego fui jugando las combinaciones a mis nuevos tiempos, que me gustó mucho está que le dejo a continuación:

I confess that it was a challenge, it was difficult for me to catch the thread again, but here I practiced enough several tenths. I started first with the stanza that I had created in those times, then I started playing the combinations to my new times, which I really liked this one that I leave you below:

Cambiando sin querer: Décima Espinela

Como Esmeralda en calma,
fui cambiando sin querer,
aprendiendo a florecer
en los bordes de mi alma.
Hoy el miedo ya no desalma
lo que late en mi interior.
Vuelo libre, sin temor,
con mis alas ya desnudas,
mis heridas siguen mudas,
solo vivo el nuevo fulgor.
