A day of women's soccer in Valencia - Un día de fútbol femenino en Valencia (ENG-ESP)
Hello, dear Hive Lifestyle community! A couple of weeks ago, I had one of those experiences that remind you why you love what you do: I accompanied the girls' teams from the soccer school where I work on a trip to Valencia to play some friendly games with Fortalent Soccer Club.

Hace un par de semanas viví una de esas experiencias que te recuerdan por qué amas lo que haces: acompañé a las categorías femeninas de la escuela de fútbol donde trabajo en un viaje hasta Valencia para disputar unos juegos amistosos con el Fortalent Soccer Club.
Those who know me know that my passion for women's soccer continues to grow. And as a good community manager, I have learned that in this job you do everything: social media, videos, and now... photography! Little by little, the latter has become a new love. My goal is to capture the essence of every moment on the field, although I confess that it is not an easy task.
Quienes me conocen saben que mi pasión por el fútbol femenino no deja de crecer. Y como buena community manager, he aprendido que en este oficio se hace de todo: redes, videos, y ahora… ¡fotografía! Poco a poco, esta última se ha convertido en un nuevo amor. Mi meta es capturar la esencia de cada momento en la cancha, aunque confieso que no es tarea sencilla.
Seeing these girls in action is pure inspiration: the energy, dedication, and spark they bring to every play. I love capturing those moments when the emotion is reflected on their faces or in the complicity of a well-executed pass. Although I'm not a professional photographer and my faithful companion is only a semi-professional camera, nothing can stop me. Sometimes I have to get closer than I imagined to get that perfect angle... but that's where the magic is!
Ver a estas chicas en acción es una dosis de pura inspiración: la energía, la entrega, la chispa que llevan a cada jugada. Me fascina cazar esos instantes en los que la emoción se refleja en sus rostros o en la complicidad de un pase bien hecho. Aunque no soy fotógrafa profesional y mi compañera fiel es solo una cámara semi profesional, no hay nada que me frene. A veces debo acercarme más de lo que imaginé para conseguir ese ángulo perfecto… ¡pero ahí está la magia!
The visit to Fortalent Soccer Club was incredible. The atmosphere was full of good vibes and, luckily, the weather gave us a break. That allowed the players to show off their best soccer skills and me to move around freely to find the light, the focus, and, above all, the story behind each shot.
La visita al Fortalent Soccer Club fue increíble. El ambiente estaba lleno de buena vibra y, por suerte, el clima nos regaló un respiro. Eso les permitió a las jugadoras desplegar su mejor fútbol y a mí moverme con total libertad para buscar la luz, el enfoque y, sobre todo, la historia detrás de cada disparo.
Every game has become a practical lesson: I learn about lighting, patience, and that “eye” that can only be trained on the field. I know I still have a long way to go, but every photo I take is a small victory. And the best part is feeling that, with every click, I am part of their story. Cada partido se ha vuelto una clase práctica: aprendo sobre iluminación, paciencia y ese “ojo” que solo se entrena en el campo. Sé que aún me queda un largo camino, pero cada foto lograda es una pequeña victoria. Y lo mejor es sentir que, con cada clic, formo parte de su historia. Es demasiado emocionante ver cómo encontraste otra forma de conectar con tu trabajo y lo que amas, incluso si tu cámara es “semi profesional”, que, la verdad, ese detalle ni importa, porque justo como dices, lo que realmente importa es tu mirada. Muchas veces pensamos que las herramientas son lo que define el resultado, y no siempre es así.

Sin duda alguna, esta nueva faceta de mi trabajo me ha permitido reinventarme, conocerme además y aprender cada día algo nuevo, entendí que no es bueno quedarse estática en un solo lugar, sino moverse y aprender. Como bien lo dices, las herramientas son solo una parte, pero la mayoría depende de uno mismo. Gracias por tu mensaje.
