game night = quality time 💕 [Eng-Esp]

On Friday nights, we always try to do something—a different meal or watch TV until late because we don't have to get up early for school the next day. This time, the three of us decided to have a game night together since Dad was having a boys' night with his friends. We laid out a blanket in the living room and started playing an educational game that has many pieces to make figures and animals. Although it looks easy, I found it difficult to complete some of them. Marcela is very skilled at this, so she had a great time, but Miranda fell asleep on her second try. I think she was too tired from the week's routine.

We played, talked, and relaxed doing something different at home. We often have a lot of games we don't use, and it's worth it once in a while. After the assembly game, Marcela and I played Jenga, but she didn't have such a good time because she lost three times, haha. Still, we laughed and had a lot of fun. By 10 p.m., she was already visibly tired, and we went to bed satisfied with having spent quality time with mother and daughters. Quality time, happy time, time well spent. I highly recommend it. Los viernes por la noche siempre tratamos de hacer algo, una comida diferente o ver tv hasta tarde porque al día siguiente no tenemos que madrugar para la escuela, esta vez decidimos tener una noche de juegos las 3 juntas ya que papá tenía una noche de chicos con sus amigos. Colocamos una manta en la sala y empezamos jugando con un juego didáctico qué trae muchas piezas para armar figuras, animales y aunque parece fácil, me resultó difícil completar algunas. Marcela para esto tiene mucha habilidad así que se la pasó increíble pero Miranda al segundo intento se quedó dormida. Creo que estaba demasiado cansada por la rutina de la semana.

Jugamos, conversamos y nos relajamos haciendo algo diferente en casa, muchas veces tenemos muchos juegos que no usamos y vale la pena una vez cada cierto tiempo. Después del juego de armar, Marcela y yo jugamos Jenga y aquí no la pasó tan bien porque perdió 3 veces jajaja. Aún así nos reímos y divertimos bastante, a las 10 pm ya se notaba cansada y nos fuimos a dormir satisfechas por haber pasado un rato agradable entre madre e hijas. Tiempo de calidad, tiempo de felicidad, tiempo muy bien invertido, se los recomiendo. Feliz fin de semana para todas las mamis de @motherhood 💕✨️
