Today I wanted to be part of this initiative because, honestly, I have a list of things I'd really like to do before it's too late. Whether I'll manage it or not, I don't know, but being completely realistic, I doubt it 😄 because, frankly, they're very ambitious things for someone like me. However, as they say, "Hope springs eternal," right? Below, I'll show you my list of things I'd like to do before it's too late.
Hoy quise formar parte de esta iniciativa porque la verdad es que tengo una lista de cosas que de verdad me gustaría hacer antes de que sea demasiado tarde, si no lograré o no lo ignoro, pero siendo realista completamente la verdad es que lo dudo 😄 porque la verdad es que son cosas muy ambiciosas para alguien como yo, no obstante como dicen por ahí "La Esperanza es lo último que se pierde" ¿no es cierto? A continuación les mostraré mis lista de cosas que me gustaría hacer antes de que sea demasiado tarde.
1 Travel through Europe
1 Viajar por Europa
I'm a person who's crazy about history, and Europe is certainly full of historical sites. I would love to visit Italy (Florence, Venice, and Rome), France, Andorra, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and England. That would be a dream come true! 😍 To be completely honest, I wouldn't want to live in any of those countries. I'd just like to do a tour, exploring all the tourist routes, visiting the most iconic museums, taking lots of photos, bringing my parents and sister along so they can enjoy the beautiful scenery, and also recording content for one of my YouTube channels (which is about curiosities, history, and literature).
Soy una persona que ama la historia con locura y ciertamente Europa está llena de lugares históricos, me encantaría visitar Italia (Florencia, Venecia y Roma) Francia, Andorra, Alemania, Polonia, Suiza, Holanda e Inglaterra, eso sería para mi todo un sueño hecho realidad 😍 Soy completamente honesta, no me gustaría vivir en ninguno de esos paises, solo hacer un tour con todas las rutas turísticas, poder visitar los museos más emblemáticos, tomar muchas fotos, llevar a mis padres y hermana conmigo para que puedan disfrutar de los hermosos paisajes y también grabar contenido para uno de mis canales de yuotube (el cuál es sobre curiosidades, historia y literatura)
2 To participate someday in The Grand Masquerade Ball at the Orangerie of the Palace of Versailles
2 Participar algún día en El Grand Bal Masqué en la Orangerie del Castillo de Versalles
This is a wonderful event, a grand masked ball where attendees dress in Baroque costumes. It's a very immersive experience because you feel like you're in the 18th century, and the best part is that it takes place inside the magnificent Palace of Versailles. There's an orchestra playing waltzes, but also a DJ with modern music, so it's a very interesting combination. I would love to be part of the event someday, especially to wear one of those elegant Baroque gowns in the style of Marie Antoinette.
Esto se trata de un evento maravilloso, un gran baile de máscaras al cuál los asistentes van vestidos con trajes barrocos, es una experiencia muy inmersiva porque te sientes como si estuvieses en siglo XVIII, y los mejor de todo es que sucede dentro del gran palacio de Versalles, hay orquesta tocando valses, pero también un D.J con música moderna, así que hay una combinación muy interesante allí. Amaría poder formar parte del evento algún día, en especial para poder vestir uno de esos trajes barrocos elegantes al mejor estilo de María Antonieta.
3. Visit the locations where the Harry Potter movies were filmed

If I could, believe me, I would go to the UK to visit not only the studios where the films were shot, but also each and every one of the locations throughout England, Wales, and Scotland: the Highlands, the Glenfinnan Viaduct, Oxford University, Gloucester Cathedral, King's Cross, among others. It would be wonderful to see, experience, and document such a magnificent experience for any Potterhead like me 😍 I think I would even do the tour dressed in my Hogwarts uniform in my house colors, Ravenclaw, even though I'm already old enough to be a professor at Hogwarts 😄
Si pudiera créanme que yo iría al Reino Unido a visitar no solo los estudios dónde se filmaron las películas, sino también todas y cada una de las locaciones que hay por toda Inglaterra, Gales y Escocia: Las Highlands, el viaducto de Glenfinnan, la Universidad de Oxford, La Catedral Gloucester, King Cross entre otros, sería maravilloso poder ver, vivir y documentar esa experiencia tan grandiosa para todo potterhead como yo 😍 Creo que incluso haría el tour ataviada con mi uniforme de Hogwarts con los colores de mi casa, Ravenclaw, a pesar de que ya tengo edad para ser profesora en Hogwarts 😄
4. Publish my books in physical format

I've been a writer for a long time, and I've managed to write a lot of short stories and three novels, one of which I've only partially published. Why do I say partially? Well, for the simple reason that I did it digitally through a publisher here in my country. However, even though I launched my book almost a year ago, to this day they still haven't published it on their platform, and this, among other things, has left me frustrated, sad, and disappointed. One of my unfulfilled dreams is to be able to publish all my novels in physical format, to hold my work in my hands, to smell the paper, to touch its pages (I think it's every writer's dream). But I'd also like to be able to make a living from what I'm so passionate about: writing.
Yo soy escritora desde hace mucho tiempo, he logrado escribir un montón de relatos y tres novelas, de las cuales logré publicar parcialmente una de ellas ¿Y por qué digo parcialmente? pues por la sencilla razón de que lo hice en formato digital a través de una editorial aquí en mi país, sin embargo a pesar de que hice la presentación de mi libro hace ya casi un año, hasta el día de hoy todavía no han publicado mi libro en la plataforma, y es algo que, entre otras cosas me tiene frustrada, triste y decepcionada. Uno de mis sueños frustrados es poder publicar todas mis novelas en formato físico, poder palpar mis obras, oler el papel, tocar sus páginas (creo que es el sueño de todo escritor) pero además me gustaría poder vivir de eso que tanto me apasiona, la escritura.
5. Monetize my secondary YouTube channel

For those who don't know, I have a couple of YouTube channels: one about history, trivia, and literature called Samira History, and the second one about everything related to the Harry Potter fandom. I managed to monetize the first channel, Samira History, about a year ago, thank God. It was a long road, but I finally made it. That's why I'm now focused on monetizing my second channel, La Magia es Poder (Magic is Power). I already have the required watch time, and I just need to reach the 1,000 subscribers that YouTube requires to be included in the platform's Partner Program (monetization). I currently have 809 subscribers, so I need 191 more, roughly 20%, to reach that goal. But in the meantime, I'm concentrating on being consistent and working hard to achieve it, and I sincerely hope to reach it someday with God's help.
Para los que no lo saben yo tengo un par de canales en Youtube, un referente a la historia, curiosidades y literatura llamado Samira History, y el segundo con todo lo referente al fandom de Harry Potter. El primer canal, Samira History, ya logré monetizarlo, gracias a Dios hace más o menos un año, el camino fue largo pero finalmente lo logré, por eso ahora estoy enfocada en poder monetizar mi canal secundario La Magia es Poder (el segundo canal) pues ya tengo las horas de visualización requeridas y solo me falta cumplir con la meta de los Mil suscriptores que me pide Youtube para incluirme en el programa de Partners de la plataforma (monetización) Actualmente tengo 809 suscriptores, así que me faltan 191, más o menos un 20 % para poder alcanzar esa meta, pero mientras tanto me concentro en ser constante y trabajar duro para lograrlo, y espero sinceramente poder lograrlo algún día con la ayuda de Dios.
I think that would be all, at least the five things I would most like to do and that I have on my list, as I said, I don't know if I will be able to accomplish them, probably of all of them the last one is the only plausible one, but I would be delighted to be able to reach that goal 🤗.
Eso creo que sería todo, al menos las cinco cosas que más me gustaría hacer y que tengo en mi lista, como les dije, no sé si lograré cumplirlas, probablemente de todas ellas la última es la única plausible, pero estaré encantada de poder alcanzar esa meta 🤗.
