Testing this entertaining video game [Cookindom] ESP/ENG

I've recently been trying out a really interesting mobile game that's kept me very motivated because it's super dynamic and creative. It's called Cookindom, an intuitive game where you play as a chef, and you literally have to cook for a capybara, sometimes even for its mate 😄 It has a really cute aesthetic, but in reality, despite appearances, it's not that simple. I'll tell you more about that later. The good thing is that you can play it with or without an internet connection.
Recientemente he estado probando un videojuego para teléfonos móviles muy interesante y que de verdad me ha mantenido muy motivada porque es super dinámico y creativo, se trata de Cookindom, un juego intuitivo en el que desempeñas el papel de un cocinero, y literalmente debes cocinar para un capibara, en ocasiones incluso también para su pareja 😄 Tiene una estética muy linda pero en realidad aunque lo parece no es tan sencillo, pero de eso les hablaré más adelante. Lo bueno es que se puede jugar con o sin conexión a internet.
Each chapter gives you four dish options to cook, and as you progress, more recipes are unlocked.
En cada capítulo te dan cuatro opciones de platillos para que cocines, y conforme avanzas se van desbloqueando más recetas.
There is a section where all the steps of the recipes appear; however, they are not all visible at once, but gradually, so there will be times when you are left adrift, trying to figure out what to do, because I repeat that it is not as simple as it seems.
Hay un apartado en el que aparecen todos los pasos de las recetas, sin embargo, todos ellos no se hacen visibles de una vez, sino paulatinamente, así que habrá ocasiones en que quedes a la deriva, tratando de descubrir qué hacer, porque les repito que no es tan sencillo como parece.
For example, for this occasion they've asked me to cook a grilled fish. The description sounds like it came straight out of a MasterChef script 😄: "A smoky simplicity: flaky flesh kissed by the flame infused with herbs and citrus, its charred skin crackling as each bite delivers rustic warmth 👌"

Alright, let's get started with the recipe. As I mentioned, the game is mostly intuitive. Even if you don't know how to cook, it's just a matter of following your instincts and common sense (remove the fish from the packaging, wash it, dry it, etc.). The instructions (the most basic ones provided by the recipe) say that the first thing we should do is remove the head, fins, and bones, and fillet the fish. However, that's where I encountered my first obstacle. When I did this, I discovered that the knife was dull, so I had to sharpen it, but I couldn't find where to do it. Then I found the tool right there, near the knife, but since it didn't look like anything I knew, I didn't recognize it. 😄
Muy bien, aquí empezamos con la receta, tal como les dije, el juego es mayormente intuitivo, aunque no sepas cocinar solo se trata de seguir el instinto y el sentido común (retirar el pescado del envase, lavarlo, secarlo, en fin) Las instrucciones (las más básicas que son las que te ofrece la receta) dicen que lo primero que debemos hacer es retirar la cabeza, las aletas, las espinas y filetear el pescado, sin embargo allí me encontré con el primer obstáculo, al hacerlo descubrí que el cuchillo estaba amellado, así que debía sacarle filo pero no encontraba dónde hacerlo, hasta que encontré la herramienta allí, justo cerca del cuchillo, pero como no se paree a nada que yo conozca, no la reconocí 😄
Finally, all that remained was to cook it and add the spices, with a very specific decoration for plating, and as you can guess, it would be a dinner for two (the Capybara and his girlfriend)
Por último solo me restaba cocinarlo y añadirle las especias, con una decoración muy especifica para el emplatado, y tal como pueden intuir, sería una cena para dos (el Capibara y su novia)
For this occasion, the challenge was to prepare an American breakfast, quite simple but very time-consuming since you have to start from making the bread. It's super fun to add the ingredients and use the tools like the mixer and the oven.
Para esta ocasión el reto era preparar un desayuno americano, bastante sencillo pero muy laborioso ya que hay que iniciar desde la elaboración del pan de molde. Es super divertido ir incorporando los ingredientes y usar las herramientas de trabajo como la batidora o el horno.
Algo tan simple como olvidar apagar el horno luego de usarlo podría impedirte avanzar, y esto podría llegar a frustrar un poco en lo que descubres qué rayos pasa.

In the next part you have to cut the bacon, wash and cut the vegetables for plating.
En la siguiente parte hay que cortar el beicon, lavar y cortar las verduras para para emplatar.
Remember when I said it was a laborious breakfast? Well, it is; afterwards, you have to fry the bacon and eggs. The good thing is that they give you a timer that tells you when you can take the food off the heat, to prevent it from burning.
¿Recuerdan que les dije que era un desayuno laborioso? Pues sí, posteriormente hay que freír el beicón y los huevos. Lo bueno es que te ponen un cronómetro que te indica cuando puedes retirar los alimentos del fuego, para evitar que se quemen.
Ahora llegó el helado de preparar un delicioso postre para la pareja de capibaras. En esta ocasión prepararemos un helado de frutas (bananas y arándanos) el proceso es sencillo en esta ocasión, pero hay que seguir cada paso meticulosamente (poner las frutas en la plancha helada, añadir la leche, usar correctamente la espátula y finalmente darle forma al helado y servirlo con los toppings)
Now it's time to prepare a delicious dessert for the capybara couple. This time we'll make a fruit ice cream (bananas and blueberries). The process is simple this time, but you have to follow each step meticulously (place the fruit on the ice cream maker, add the milk, use the spatula correctly, and finally shape the ice cream and serve it with the toppings).
The heat was very intense, but when they tasted the ice cream, the capybaras felt as if they were in the North Pole.

Finally, it was time to make a good cup of coffee, but from the very beginning—and when I say the very beginning, I mean harvesting and roasting the beans. However, this is where I got terribly frustrated, and I'll explain why shortly.
Finalmente llegó la hora de preparar un buen café, pero desde el inicio, y cuando les digo desde el inicio, les hablo de la recolección y tostado de los granos. Sin embargo aquí me frustré terriblemente, y en breve les explicaré porqué.
After collecting the grains, you have to put them in a machine to remove the husk and then you have to put them out to dry in the sun (I already told you that the game is intuitive, so it only took me a little time to figure out that I had to slide my finger upwards to make the sun move position 😄)
Luego de recolectar los granos hay que meterlos en una máquina para quitárles la cáscara y después hay que ponerlos a secar al sol, (ya les dije que el juego es intuitivo, así que me bastó algo de tiempo en intuir que debía deslizar mi dedo hacia arriba para hacer que el sol se moviera de posición)
The real challenge for me was in the next step. After drying the coffee, it needs to be roasted on the stove. However, I was missing a utensil (the pot), which I had to search for all over the kitchen. Then, it wouldn't let me move the beans and finish the process, and after much deliberation, I realized that it was some beans that had fallen outside the pot (I had to collect them and put them back in the pot). Oh, and something I should point out is that even though there are many ads, they don't hinder the game's performance; they're discreet ads at the bottom of the screen.
El verdadero reto para mi fue en el siguiente paso, luego de secar el café hay que tostarlo en la estufa, sin embargo me faltaba un utensilio (la olla) la cuál debía buscar por toda la cocina, luego, no me dejaba mover los granos y terminar el proceso, y después de tanto dilucidar, me di cuenta que se trataba de algunos granos que había caído fuera de la olla (debía recogerlos e introducirlos en la olla) ¡Ahh! y algo que debo resaltar es que a pesar de que hay muchos anuncios, estos no entorpecen el desempeño del juego, son anuncios discretos en la parte inferior de la pantalla
Finally, all that remained was to prepare the coffee in the machine; it looked delicious, steaming, ideal to accompany a snack. The capybara was very, very happy with the result.
Por último solo restó preparar el café en la máquina, se veía delicioso, humeante, ideal para acompañar una merienda, el capibara estaba muy pero muy feliz con el resultado.
Well, that's all for my gameplay today. It's a very dynamic and entertaining game, ideal for passing the time and unwinding, even without an internet connection, so I loved it.
Y bien, eso fue todo por mi gameplay de hoy, es un juego muy dinámico y entretenido, ideal para pasar un rato y distraerse, aún y cuando no haya conexión a internet, así que lo amé.
