Looking for decoration options [Vlog] ESP/ENG

I don't know if the same thing happens to you but I usually fantasize a lot about renovating my house, I look at each space and start to imagine how I would like it to look, and even though at least for now it is something impossible to carry out for me, that doesn't mean that I can't make plans for the future, and as someone once told me, “what you see in your head, you will soon have in your hand” that is a statement that I like very much and that has helped me to project many desires, it was what I did when we renovated the bathroom at home and it is what I am doing with the other spaces such as the kitchen and the living room. To reinforce this the first thing I did was to make a digital design of the way I would like the kitchen to look like, for this I used something very simple and fun, the “construction” option of the Social Simulation, Construction and Management game, The sims 4, which allows you to materialize, somehow, the ideas that are in your mind.
No sé si a ustedes les ocurra lo mismo que a mi pero yo suelo fantasear mucho con renovar mi casa, miro cada espacio y comienzo a imaginar como me gustaría que luciera, y a pesar de que al menos por ahora es algo imposible de llevar a cabo para mi, eso no significa que no puedo hacer planes para el futuro, y tal como me dijo alguien alguna vez, "lo que ves en tu cabeza, pronto lo tendrás en tu mano" esa es una afirmación que me gusta mucho y que me ha ayudado a proyectar muchos anhelos, fue lo que hice cuando renovamos el baño de casa y es lo que estoy haciendo con los otros espacios como la cocina y la sala de estar. Para reforzar esto lo primero que hice fue hacer un diseño digital de la manera en la que me gustaría que quedase la cocina, para ello utilicé algo muy sencillo y divertido, la opción "construcción" del juego de Simulación social, Construcción y Gestión, Los sims 4, el cuál permite materializar, de alguna manera, las ideas que están en tu mente.
So I built a replica of my house as similar as possible, with everything and the hallway that leads to the rooms, we can see the countertops that I would like to have in the kitchen, not too many because I do not like to saturate the space, but the protagonist of this occasion is the floor, I would love to have a porcelain floor with veins that simulate marble, I think it looks very elegant and gives it a neat appearance as well as spaciousness.
Así que construí una réplica de mi casa lo más parecida posible, con todo y el pasillo que conduce a las habitaciones, podemos ver las encimeras que me gustaría tener en la cocina, no demasiadas porque no me gusta saturar el espacio, pero el protagonista de esta ocasión es el piso, amaría tener un piso en porcelanato con vetas que simulen el mármol, pienso que se ve muy elegante y le confiere un aspecto pulcro además de amplitud.
And guess what, I took advantage of the fact that I was shopping downtown to visit a housewares store that I really like for all the options they have, it is called Coisa and there I could find something wonderful that has become a trend in decoration and renovation (according to what I was told) and is that with the bathroom renovation I realized that porcelain is not only beautiful but significantly expensive, but in this store and in many other renovation stores there is an alternative and it is vinyl flooring. They are made of PVC, a plastic material that has become indispensable for different applications for the home, although of course you would have to find an expert to ensure that the product adheres properly, but the only question I have is how resistant is this product to moisture, because when I do a thorough cleaning I like to wash the house and to be honest I do not think this will resist.
Y adivinen qué, aproveché que estaba de compras en el centro para visitar una tienda de artículos del hogar que me gusta mucho por todas las opciones que tienen, se llama Coisa y allí pude encontrar algo maravilloso que se ha vuelto tendencia en decoración y renovación (según lo que me dijeron) y es que con la renovación del baño me di cuenta que el porcelato no solo es hermoso sino significativamente caro, pero en esta tienda y en muchas otras de renovación hay una alternativa y es el piso vinílico. Están fabricados en PVC, un material plástico que se ha vuelto indispensable para distintas aplicaciones para el hogar, aunque desde luego habría que buscar un experto para asegurarse de que el producto se adhiera correctamente, pero la única duda que me queda es ¿Qué tan resistente es este producto a la humedad? porque cuando hago limpieza a fondo me gusta mucho lavar la casa y para ser honesta no creo que esto resista.
Honestly the look is surprisingly like ceramic or porcelain tile, I love the designs but I'm not so sure about the strength. Obviously the vendors rave about the product but I would like to do more research or get an expert's opinion. However there are also options to decorate the walls which seems more viable to me. There are so many beautiful designs and options that I couldn't help but feel very excited and reinforce my vision for the future of what I would like to achieve.
Honestamente la apariencia es sorprendentemente igual a la de las cerámicas o porcelanato, amo los diseños pero no estoy muy segura acerca de la resistencia. Obviamente los vendedores te hablan maravillas acerca del producto pero me gustaría investigar más o recibir las opiniones de un experto. Sin embargo también hay opciones para decorar las paredes lo cual me parece más viable. Hay tantos diseños y opciones hermosas que no pude evitar sentir mucho entusiasmo y reforzar mi visión a futuro de lo que me gustaría lograr.
This is how I would like the living room, a minimalist but beautiful furniture, very light blue walls or any other pastel color that contrasts with woody floor, for which vinyl flooring would be an option, but you know I need more information about it. Anyway in this store there were no wood colored sheets, but I found some very nice ones to cover some of the walls. They are relatively inexpensive $7.50 per square meter.
Así me gustaría la sala, un mobiliario minimalista pero hermoso, paredes azul muy claro o cualquier otro color pastel que contraste con piso amaderado, para lo cual sería una opción los pisos vinílicos, pero ya ustedes saben que necesito más información al respecto. De todos modos en esta tienda n había láminas color madera, pero encontré algunas muy lindas para cubrir alguna de las paredes. Son relativamente económicas 7.50 $ por metro cuadrado.
And well, that was all for this experience, I hope it has also served as inspiration for future projects. Although we do not have the money for now, we do have the enthusiasm and desire, so it is valid to dream and plan for the future. Thank you very much for your attention 😉
