Demon Slayer [Review] ESP/ENG
As I have told you in other opportunities, I'm not a big fan of anime series, I prefer movies where we can see a beginning, development and closure of a story in a faster way than in a series full of filler chapters, however there are some exceptions such as Demon Slayer, which, like all anime content I have consumed has been because of my sister @bethyjade 😘. I must confess that at the beginning I started watching this anime with a bit of suspicion because it didn't really call my attention and I watched it more to accompany my sister than for real interest, however little by little the plot was enveloping me and so I ended up completely abstracted in the story of Tanjiro Kamado, accompanying him in the hope of returning humanity to his sister. Yesterday I saw the last chapter of the series and I was completely shocked, I didn't even know it was the end until I realized that it was the last season, so I was left with a feeling of emptiness, however, reading a review of this same community I was happy to know that apparently a movie is about to be released where our expectations will possibly be exceeded.
Como les he dicho en otras oportunidades, yo no soy muy fan de las series animes, prefiero las películas donde podemos ver un inicio desarrollo y cierre de una historia de una manera más rápida que en una serie llena de capítulos relleno, sin embargo hay algunas excepciones como por ejemplo Demon Slayer, al cuál, al igual que todo el contenido anime que he consumido ha sido por causa de mi hermana @bethyjade 😘. Debo confesarles que al inicio empecé a ver este anime con un poco de recelo pues realmente no me llamaba la atención y lo veía más para acompañar a mi hermana que por verdadero interés, sin embargo poco a poco la trama me fue envolviendo y así terminé completamente abstraída en la historia de Tanjiro Kamado, acompañándolo en la esperanza de devolverle la humanidad a su hermana. Ayer vi el último capítulo de la serie y quedé completamente impactada, ni siquiera sabía que era el final hasta que al revisar me di cuenta que era la última temporada, así que me quedé con una sensación de vacío, sin embargo, leyendo una reseña de esta misma comunidad me alegró saber que al parecer está a punto de estrenarse una película donde posiblemente nuestras expectativas sean superadas.
Overview/Resumen
Tanjiro is a young farmer who one day, upon returning home, discovered with horror that a demon had killed almost his entire family, except for his sister Netsuko, however she had survived because she was transformed into a demon, very aggressive in addition, however since that moment Tanjiro has made countless efforts to protect her and try to make her become human again, so he began training to become a demon hunter. She on the other hand is very peculiar because although she has sometimes lost control, she usually dominates her impulses and continues to love her brother, in fact she has even helped him to defeat some other demon. Tanjiro also works tirelessly to one day become one of the pillars (demon hunters of an elite squad, stronger and with more skills).
Tanjiro es un joven campesino que un día, al retornar a casa descubrió con horror que un demonio había matado a casi toda su familia, a excepción de su hermana Netsuko, sin embargo ella había sobrevivido porque estaba transformada en un demonio, muy agresivo además, sin embargo desde ese momento Tanjiro ha hecho incontables esfuerzos por protegerla y tratar de que vuelva a ser humana, así que comenzó un entrenamiento para volverse cazador de demonios. Ella por su parte es muy peculiar porque a pesar de que en algunas ocasiones ha perdido el control, por lo general domina sus impulsos y continúa amando a su hermano, de hecho incluso lo ha ayudado a vencer a algún que otro demonio. Tanjiro además trabaja incansablemente por llegar a convertirse algún día en uno de los pilares (cazadores de demonios de un escuadrón de élite, más fuertes y con más habilidades)

My Opinion/Mi Opinión
It really is an anime with a lot of action so it is impossible to get bored, the characters have a great depth and evolutionary development, I like to see that even the series takes time to explain the origin and motives of some characters, even the demons when they are about to be defeated, this gives them more humanity, it makes us understand that everyone before being strong and powerful were vulnerable and had their own emotional shortcomings. The anime has a lot of drama and gore scenes, many fights with demons are almost endless and last several episodes, which in my opinion is sometimes exhausting, with some fights you feel that if they finally cut off the demon's head (which is supposed to be the only way to kill it) it will grow two in its place 😂 but to compensate for this, after those grueling and endless fights we have chapters that serve to relieve the tension, with a calmer pace, usually showing us the recovery of the characters after those epic battles.
Realmente es un anime con mucha acción así que es imposible aburrirse, los personajes tienen una gran profundidad y desarrollo evolutivo, me agrada ver que incluso la serie se toma tiempo para explicarte el origen y los motivos de proceder de algunos personajes, incluso los demonios cuando están a punto de ser derrotados, esto les otorga más humanidad, nos hace entender que todos antes de ser fuertes y poderosos eran vulnerables y tenían sus propias carencias emocionales. El anime tiene mucho drama y escenas gore, muchos combates con demonios son casi interminables y duran varios episodios, lo cuál a mi parecer a veces resulta agotador, con algunos combates sientes que si finalmente le cortan la cabeza al demonio (lo cuál se supone es la única forma de matarlo) le crecerán dos en su lugar 😂 pero para compensar esto, luego de esos extenuantes e interminables combates tenemos capítulos que sirven para aliviar la tensión, con un ritmo más calmado, que usualmente nos muestra la recuperación de los personajes luego de esas batallas épicas.
As for the animation, I really like the way they worked the 3D acceleration over 2D images, they did it efficiently and impeccably (although many people differ, but that's my humble opinion), especially I love the way the characters move when they are in combat, especially I LOVE 😍 the blue color effects coming out of Tanjiro's sword.
En cuanto a la animación, me gusta mucho la forma en la que trabajaron la aceleración 3D sobre imágenes en 2D, lo hicieron de forma eficiente e impecable (aunque muchas personas difieren, pero esa es mi humilde opinión), sobre todo amo la forma en la que se mueven los personajes cuando están en combate, en especial AMO 😍 los efectos en color azul que salen de la espada de Tanjiro.
There are scenes that are very touching and touch the most sensitive fibers of your soul, but I think there is none like that one where Netsuko, after being about to die burned under the sun's rays, finally shows that she was able to resist it, evolving, becoming a little more human, but best of all, she was able to speak again and express her emotions towards her brother.
Hay escenas que son muy conmovedoras y tocan las fibras más sensibles de tu alma, pero creo que no hay ninguna como esa donde Netsuko, después de estar a punto de morir quemada bajo los rayos del sol, finalmente demuestra que fue capaz de resistirlo, evolucionando, tornándose un poco más humana, pero lo mejor de todo es que pudo hablar nuevamente y expresar sus emociones hacia su hermano.
Of the demon hunters my favorite character is Inosuke Hashibira, I find him very atypical and funny, always wearing that boar mask, with an impulsive and even arrogant temperament at times, but he had a great evolution, as he went from being an individualist to recognize the abilities of his companions and to couple very well in combat. Many times he turns out to be the comic relief, especially in scenes together with Zenitsu Agatsuma 🤣. And when he finally took off his mask I would have never imagined he had such a.... seraphic? androgynous? totally feminine? 😄 I don't even know how to express it.
De los cazadores de demonios mi personaje favorito es Inosuke Hashibira, me parece muy atípico y gracioso, siempre usando esa máscara de jabalí, con un temperamento impulsivo y hasta arrogante en algunas ocasiones, pero tuvo una gran evolución, pues pasó de ser un individualista a reconocer las habilidades de sus compañeros y a acoplarse muy bien en el combate. Muchas veces resulta ser el alivio cómico, en especial en escenas junto con Zenitsu Agatsuma 🤣. Y cuando finalmente se quitó la máscara yo jamás hubiese imaginado que tenía ese rostro tan... ¿seráfico? ¿andrógino? ¿totalmente femenino? 😄 no sé ni como expresarlo.
As for the demons my favorite character is Muzan, the leader of them all, I like him because he is a very unpredictable character, with a very natural panache and elegance. It's funny but this character reminds me a lot of Voldemort from Harry Potter, in the sense that he is extremely strong and cunning but tends to underestimate humans and demons of lower rank for considering them "inferior", just as Voldemort did with the muggles and wizards who opposed him, However, Muzan's appearance in a way reminds me of Voldemort himself, but in his earlier stage, when he was still a teenager, with a look that denoted cunning, mystery and a certain hint of evil.
En cuanto a los demonios mi personaje favorito es Muzan, el líder de todos ellos, me gusta porque es un personaje muy impredecible, con un garbo y una elegancia muy natural. Es curioso pero este personaje me recuerda muchísimo en su forma de ser a Voldemort de Harry Potter, en el sentido de que es extremadamente fuerte y astuto pero tiende a subestimar a los humanos y a los demonios de menor rango por considerarlos "inferiores", tal como Voldemort hacía con los muggles y los magos que lo adversaban, y es allí donde puede radicar su punto débil, sin embargo la apariencia de Muzan de cierta manera me recuerda al mismo Voldemort pero en su etapa más temprana, cuando era un adolescente aún, con ese garbo y una mirada que denotaba astucia, misterio y cierto dejo de maldad.
Anyway it's a very worthy anime to enjoy to the fullest, I would love to see what follows later on, especially how that fight between Muzan and the demon hunters turns out, understand this character a little more, and of course I would love to see Netsuko's evolution to finally become human again, that would be great 😃. En fin es un anime muy digno de disfrutar al máximo, me encantaría ver lo que sigue más adelante, en especial como resulta esa pelea entre Muzan y los cazadores de demonios, entender un poco más a este personaje, y desde luego que me encantaría ver la evolución de Netsuko hasta convertirse finalmente en humana de nuevo, eso sería genial 😃. I can't remember how many times I have watched the series and the movies. I remember when his sister Nezuko entered the sun and we all thought she was going to burn, only for us to discover she's now immune to the sun. I love the movie too and I can't wait for the next one in September.

Kimetsu no Yaiba's one of the best animes you can ever choose from. It's masterpiece I would say. Can't wait to watch the Infinity Arc Movie. Let's go!!!
It's crazy and funny how you have a favorite demon character 😂😂. I thought we were all supposed to hate all the demons.
You can have favorites among the bad guys, not because you agree with the bad things you do but because of how well written they are.
This is one of the best anime. The adaptation is brutal and the message is impeccable. I really like the battles I haven't seen the last season. I know something will be released soon.

Yes, they are releasing a movie soon, I would like to see it. As for Voldemort I just said that they seem to me similar characters in attitude.
