A nice afternoon to enjoy a coffee with my sister [ESP/ENG]

Hello, my dear coffee-loving friends, today I want to share a lovely coffee experience with you 😊. Last week I was running some errands with my sister (as we usually do every week), so she wanted to invite me to a coffee shop where her barista friend works. I've been wanting to do this for a while because I've heard so many good things about her coffee-making skills; she's even won barista competitions.

We arrived at the mall where the cafe was located. I've always liked it for its Chinese atmosphere and decor, but the cafe itself is quite small and minimalist; it's a small stall in the middle of the mall.

Since the mall is Chinese, obviously the menu of this coffee shop, and I assume all the businesses there are, are in Spanish and Chinese. They have a good variety of coffees, both cold and hot. Among the hot ones they have Espresso, Double Espresso, Americano, Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White, Mochaccino, Caramel Latte, Vanilla Latte, and Macchiato. And among the cold ones they have Frapuccino, Iced Americano, Iced Latte, Iced Cappuccino, Iced Mochaccino, Iced Caramel Latte, Iced Coconut Latte, Orange Iced Americano, Expresso Tonic, Orange Expresso Tonic, and Iced Blueberry Latte.

My sister ordered a Caramel Coffee (the black cup on the left) and I ordered a Cappuccino, which is an Italian coffee made with equal parts espresso, hot steamed milk, and milk foam 😋.

But I also tried my sister's (which was a novelty for me) and it was delicious, this coffee is prepared with a perfect balance between the bitter taste of espresso, steamed milk and the sweet taste of caramel, although there was also the option to use salted caramel but I didn't dare 😄 I think I'm not ready to experiment with that flavor.

Something that pleasantly caught my attention besides the delicious flavor of the drink (my sister's friend really has great barista skills) were the porcelain cups themselves, which have the name of the Cafeteria "Queen's Coffee" written on them in gold letters. I thought that was an elegant, refined and special detail. In addition, the cup is quite large and deep, which provides a good portion of the drink.

According to my sister's friend, coffee shouldn't usually be accompanied with sugar or any other sweetener, that's why those complex and beautiful designs are made with the foam, however, obviously, that is up to each diner and honestly, I really like adding sugar to my coffee and my sister does too, so although I regretted breaking up the beautiful design with the spoon, I had to do it to stir the sugar and get it to dissolve. The only bad thing is that I have noticed that this type of coffee tends to cool down very quickly, however, my sister's friend had no problem reheating it, so I enjoyed it to the fullest.

For me, it was a wonderful experience. I'd love to return to that place to try other options, or even the cappuccino itself, because it was incredibly delicious. Thank you so much for your attention, thank you for reading my post. I wish you a wonderful day.

Hola, mis queridos amigos amantes del café, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una linda experiencia cafetera 😊. Y es que la semana pasada estuve haciendo algunas diligencias con mi hermana (como acostumbramos cada semana) entonces ella quiso invitarme a una cafetería donde trabaja su amiga barista, algo que yo quería hacer desde hace tiempo debido a que he escuchado muchos buenos comentarios acerca de las habilidades de esta chica en la preparación del café, incluso ha ganado concursos de barismo.

Llegamos al centro comercial donde estaba la cafetería, el cuál siempre me ha gustado por su ambiente y decoración china, pero la cafetería en cuestión es bastante pequeña y minimalista, es un pequeño puesto en medio del centro comercial.

Ya que el centro comercial es chino obviamente el menú de esta cafetería, y supongo que de todos los negocios que hay allí están en español y chino. Tienen una buena variedad de cafés tanto fríos como calientes, entre los calientes tienen Expresso, doble Expresso, americano, Latte, Capuccino, Flat White, Mocaccino, Caramel Latte, Latte vainilla y Macchiato, y entre los fríos tienen Frapuccino, Iced Americano, Iced Latte, Iced Capuccino, Iced Mocaccino, Iced Caramel Latte, Iced Coconut Latte, Orange Iced Americano, Expresso Tonic, Orange Expresso Tonic y Iced Blueberry Latte.

Mi hermana pidió un Caramel Coffee (la taza negra de la izquierda) y yo un Capuchino, el cuál es un café de origen italiano hecho con partes iguales de expreso, leche caliente al vapor y espuma de leche 😋.

Pero también probé el de mi hermana (que era una novedad para mi) y estaba delicioso, este café está preparado con un equilibrio perfecto entre el sabor amargo del café expreso, la leche vaporizada y el sabor dulce del caramelo, aunque también había la opción de usar caramelo salado pero no me atreví 😄 creo que no estoy preparada para experimentar con ese sabor

Algo que llamó gratamente mi atención además del delicioso sabor de la bebida (de verdad que la amiga de mi hermana tiene grandes habilidades para el barismo) fueron las propias tazas de porcelana, las cuales tienen rotulado el nombre de la Cafetería "Queen's Coffee" (Reina del café) en letras doradas, eso me pareció un detalle elegante, refinado y especial, además, la taza es bastante grande y honda lo cuál proporciona una buena porción de la bebida.

Según comentó la amiga de mi hermana, usualmente el café no se debería acompañar con azúcar, ni con cualquier otro endulzante, por eso se hacen esos complejos y hermosos diseños con la espuma, sin embargo obviamente eso queda a elección de cada comensal y honestamente me gusta mucho añadir azúcar a mi café y mi hermana también, así que aunque lamenté deshacer con la cucharilla el hermoso diseño tuve que hacerlo para revolver el azúcar y lograr que se disolviera. Lo único malo es que he notado que este tipo de café tiende a enfriarse muy rápido, sin embargo la amiga de mi hermana no tuvo inconveniente en volver a calentarlo, así que lo disfruté al máximo.

Para mi fue una rica experiencia, me gustaría regresar a ese lugar para degustar otras opciones o incluso el mismo Capuchino porque estaba increíblemente delicioso. Muchas gracias por su atención, gracias por leer mi post, les deseo un maravilloso día.
