I like to capture the natural beauty that surprises me at every turn. It's an exercise in appropriation that satisfies the soul and, moreover, signifies an appreciation not only aesthetically but also philosophically of the environment.

This Sunday afternoon, I went out for some fresh air after a difficult morning, hoping to find calm along the way. The surroundings offered me a truly beautiful panorama: the damp breeze and the scenes created by the interplay of light and shadow in a sometimes cloudy sky allowed me to witness and discover that anywhere we can find reasons to express what weighs on our souls.

So I took my phone and tried to photograph a dry tree that seemed incredibly expressive and very much in tune with my emotional state. I tried to pour out my universe, to translate myself into these images.
