- People are wanting physical possession of these metals
Until 2024, spot prices and futures were dominated by paper Au and paper Ag. 2025 saw people wanting the metals themselves.

Exactly—2025 flipped the script as retail demand surged for physical bars and coins, draining COMEX vaults and forcing premiums up 20-30%. Paper markets can't ignore real hands on the metal much longer
