Many believe that eating healthy simply means eating anything eatable the come across to the fullness of there belly when hungry, that is error.
Because many people who are in one health challenge to another is as a result of the kinds of diet the have been taking, not knowing the outcome due to ignorance , healthy eating contribute to the physical and internally well-being of a man
The body needs a balance and healthy diet for the effective function of the organs tissues of the body while some organs of the body and hormones regulating the body system can be damaged due to unhealthy eating causing malnutrition.
what is malnutrition this is a situation where an organ malfunction due to excess of daily diet which can lead to several health issues.
