Today I found more winged wonders.

Just like the last time when I was taking a stroll with my dad, today we stopped at the same spot. I was checking out if there were any new winged wonders around and found some beautiful new butterflies. This time I found a new species that I got to know from google lens. Apparently the yellow beauty is called phoebis. There were a few around the garden flying low and trying to find their lunch.

The next one is called striped albatross, while it looks like pale blue grass, they are apparently different. This albatross is also pretty common and I’ve seen them a few times. It was quite a treat having them in my lens.

FYI, I am not using any fancy phone. @technicalside asked me the other day what camera I used. I was using my old Samsung A03S that was released about 2 years ago. The phone has a few types of zoom that I used and while capturing these wonders, I was using a 2x zoom. It’s not the best when it comes to this and I can't even attach a macro lens, not that I tried since my focus has been on prosumer cameras. I just happen to find myself using my phone a lot more these days.

After we strolled around, apparently rain started pouring down. It’s still noon and it showers pretty heavily. While I am happy about that, around that time I needed to go outside. So, while waiting for it to stop showering. I was just on the side of the house while looking outside. Thankfully after a while it stopped raining and I went outside.

The sky was definitely something I couldn't miss. It was beautiful and it's been a while I smell something really good, that smell after rain.

When I saw the pictures, they were so nice. Even the other edited photos are very nice. They are very catchy!

@novembees thank you! and I heard that from a friend too, I was surprised they liked the edited one more than the butterflies 😄

Phoebis is no doubt adding beauty to flowers.Striped albatross is also looking beautiful.
You know once I was trying to capture one butterfly in my camera but every attempt was failed one.
And here you are successful in catching the view of butterflies in camera.

@tahastories1 there's a trick I learned photographing butterflies. If you're in a good spot, just stay still and wait until the butterfly hops on the flower.

That what I didn't applied. I should remain still but in contrast I was jumping and following butterfly. I should not do this.

It's good that it has stopped raining, and you were able to go for a walk with your father.
What beautiful shots, dear friend @macchiata, you found beautiful varieties of butterflies
Have a wonderful day
