Self Growth 2.0 Week 4
Hey Hey! I am back with an update on this that's a bit too late. Usually I'd post this on Monday but lately, my time has been filled with things and my energy is lower too. This week, I learned one important thing that I practically is a coffee addict through and through. I can't function without it and though sometimes I don't drink coffee, I would know that day would be horrible. Anyhow, I won't give up on updating this and this week everything is quite great actually.
First, I finally updated my schedule and managed to give an hour/day to study for my Comptia prep. It's not easy but I am working on it because by next year, I want to get that piece of certificate. I mean, it's going to be one of my biggest achievement that I'd feel so proud of. Here's the proof of notes that I recently make for my study. While it's quite challenging to balance everything, I am doing my best to.
As usual, you'd get to take a look at the chart that I have. In this week, the only thing I missed is my korean lesson. As much as I understand spoken korean, I still need to improve my reading and hangul. It's not easy but I hope I'll have free time during Christmas so I can focus on that.
I missed a few days of working out but lately I am walking a lot around and it has helped me a lot. My weight stuck at the same pounds that I've lost 3 months ago. So, now I am working on it again hoping I could actually go down more and achieve my dream weight soon.
These days instead of cardio, I am doing more of weight training that I think more beneficial. It helps me being more toned. So, my workout lately is lifting dumbells. As much as it is instant to me right now to work out, I have more days being outside these days that makes it really hard for me to stuck wit the schedule that I used to get into.
I finally purchased the paint and necessary tools to fix my room. I recently also changed the layout of my room to make it roomy. I am trying not to rely on fengshui much but the idea of it makes so much sense. So, I basically make sure my table isn't in the worst position for the fengshui. In the past, I had this strange arrangement that makes it difficult for me to move around. These days, I have the middle part of my room in a bigger size and feels roomy. I can still do my workout, sleep and making sure the bed isn't calling me all the time like in the past where I can still see my room and there was barely a sense of separation in the area.
Sometimes I wonder if the habit I try to built are a lot because in the last 90 days I was mostly focusing on fixing my diet, food addiction and working through my mental fortitude. It was much easier to do so but these days I have those list that are somehow quite unrelated to each other but I can see how they keep me healthy, grounded but also happier. I mean, there's working out, daily bible reading and even house projects that mostly is all about making my space more liveable. As I am not thinking about getting a property in the coming years and I wouldn't want a mortgage. I'd only get another one by saving up.
This week, I also learned that I really shouldn't abandon coffee haha. It's an important part of my life that without it, I don't thin I could even survive and being able to do all the things I am supposed to.
Anyway, see you around!

I've been battling a lot this week with work and blogging then it hits me, I've been away from coffee due to some medical issues. I got really slow and was always fatigued. Thankfully my colleague was not at work so I drank some coffee because no one would police me lol. A cup of coffee shouldn't hurt.
haha a cup of coffee wouldn't hurt anybody, the lack of it could 🤣 I also don't drink coffee when I am sick and it was also why. Then I realized just like you, I was sluggish and I can't afford so with so many things I have to do at the moment. I know, I am also guilty because sometimes people just tell me I had too much of coffee 🤣. So girl, have no shame, get that coffee!
🤣😂 definitely would be sneaking a cup of coffee every now and then. 🤭
No, no life without coffee hahaha, don't abandon it :D
Even a cup of cheap, bad coffee from the coffee machine helps me survive my afternoon lessons, even though it is more like a comforter than a real caffeine dose 😂
I should also start making a habit tracker - I do write lists in my notebook for daily activities which guides me, but the habit tracker sounds great
I can imagine that hahaha sometimes the cheap one works too. how many lessons do you do in a day?
I recently started tutoring again and one can be energy consuming as well hehe. So, coffee is badly needed 😆
That simple tracker is really satisfying and helps too. I simply used simple to-do list but they barely stick. That one so far is the most helpful of them all.
In average 6 lessons per day (some days 5 and others 7 (plus one hour of driving to the area where I give the lessons and the same back)
Coffee + snacks are a must hahaha
😂 wow that's intense! no wonder coffee is definitely needed there.
You really can do it all, can't you? 😄 You have a lot going on and that's so impressive. Wish you success in your studies
you're my inspiration 😁. I really want to be like you, migrating somewhere to study and I am working on it hehe. Congrats on the graduation, it was so wholesome to see that your hard work are paid off 😊
Thank you Mac 😊
You’re doing great! You have really done a great job redesigning your room, and it must feel nice to have more space. Also balancing studies, fitness, and personal growth is impressive and that's because you have it in mind and passio. Spending an hour a day on your Comptia prep is a big step, and it’ll be worth it. Keep it up my friend, you’re doing well.
It's definitely great to have more space. There's just more room to move around and it's sooo freeing.
That's nice, weldone.. I can relate to that
Yes! Separating your spaces is so important! :) I never realized that when I was younger, but now enjoy having a space that's just for sleep and relaxation and another for work. I love how organized you are, frankly, that journal almost makes me wish I was someone who could organize into something similar :D Good luck with painting your room!
Right? like I kept getting sleepy when my desk was next to the bed hehe. Now it's further away and I don't think about sleeping much🤣 I am not so organized, I really start being this organized cause I realized if I don't track it, I would have never known the progress I've made. So, I created something that makes sense for my brain. Thanks for checking out and I hope you'll have a great weekend 😊
Damn! You lead a very balanced life to say the least, with a lot of rules and the way you navigate them seems to be pretty good for you.
From what I could read, you are a girl who is dedicated when she sets her mind to something, so I see no problem with you achieving whatever you set your mind to, but of course all in God's time.
And the coffee hahahaha.... Never and never try to give up coffee or try to, that can never be done, ok?
Coffee is life 😌
Coffee is definitely life,I could neve go a day without it.Thanks for checking out and sorry for the late replies, got so occupied these past few days.
