「 Weekend with friends 」

Highschool is some of our precious time in our life. That’s the time when we create some of our long lasting friendships or enemies. It’s that moment that shaped our entire adulthood until we truly find who we are.

To me, it was that turning point in life and basically shaped a lot of things in my life. Today, I am meeting some of my high school friends and relieving some of the good moments. We went to all you can eat in our town which wasn’t really convincing at all.

I went to this place a long time ago but so many things have happened and now the place isn’t as well-maintained as before but still thriving. This is the only all-you-can-eat in town & it was pretty reasonably priced with free ice cream as the desserts.

They offer several selections of meat from chicken to beef with various sauces. They also have some frozen selections as well. The thing is, when eating in this type of place, they always have a 90 minutes rule. They also weigh the leftovers, especially the meat. So, it’s best to know when to stop eating and when we’re already feeling full.

We sampled their suki which was pretty decent.Honestly, the meat was the highlight and I even avoided taking any carbs from the place. It’s not worth the price we paid for and to me, having almost 1kg of meat would mean I could fast for several days just fine 😂So, now I am fasting because I just didn’t really have the need to eat anything.

I had some great fun since I haven’t seen my friends in a while and I went to a coffee shop that I had barely visited for a long time. It’s called Westcoast and they serve this amazing magic that is way better than many places in town. While the place isn’t my go-to, my experience having coffee here never failed me.

When I was on my way home, I found my neighbors were organizing some events. There’s this phenomenon called “ Sound Horeg” in my country. It’s basically an extremely loud speaker stacked on top of each other. It could create sounds that could break glasses and even torn down a house in some cases. It’s the ultimate ear-rape at its finest. As you can see above, that’s how they stacked their speakers. Then there will be people dancing in front of it. I mean, it’s something fun that people here enjoy.

But they could damage our ears and even when I was passing through it, I felt like my heart would fall. I got a headache and dizzy right away. I don’t know why they could enjoy such loud music but it is what it is.

This Saturday, there will be a carnival in my neighborhood. Back in the day, I thought I would participate in it but now that it’s about its time, my role will still be the same. I am just that person who will take pictures for the participants a.k.a my neighbors.

So, I might share some pictures from the event, I need to prepare my camera and things. I’ll probably be a bit occupied the whole day helping around. I hope this time people dressed up nicely as before too.
