Fresh Air Walk Deu/Eng

Hallo liebe Community,
letztes Wochenende war es dann wieder mal soweit. Ich habe mich aufgerafft und war seit einigen Monaten das erste Mal wieder spazieren. Ich habe die letzten Monate in dieser Richtung wenig unternommen und das hat sich leider auch am Gewicht bemerkbar gemacht. Und so dachte ich mir, 5 Kilo müssen mindestens runter. Also raus an die frische Luft und bewegen.

Durch das Gewerbegebiet, vorbei am gut gefüllten Schrottplatz und durch die Unterführung der Autobahn. Und schon ist man auf den Feldern und in einer anderen Welt. Das Wetter war eigentlich genau richtig, etwas bewölkt, recht warm und ab und an kam auch die Sonne durch.

So zog ich also meine Runde über die weiten Felder mit einem herrlichen Himmel und genoß die weite der Landschaft. Und natürlich die Ruhe, denn außer mir war hier fast keiner unterwegs. Vorbei an Bauernhöfen, in denen das frisch gemachte Heu zu Ballen gepresst für den kommenden Winter aufgestapelt war. Die Bäume für diese Jahreszeit noch recht grün und voll, was vermutlich auf den vielen Regen dieses Jahr zurückzuführen ist.

Vielleicht ist das auch der Grund für, dass viele Pflanzen und Blumen hier noch am Blühen waren, wie zum Beispiel das Rapsfeld, das noch vollkommen gelb vor mir lag. Dann über die Autobahnbrücke mit einem kurzen Stop um die vorbei zischenden Autos zu beobachten. Ganz schön viel los auf der Autobahn für einen Sonntag. Weiter auf meinem Weg kam ich auch an einem Maisfeld vorbei, das scheinbar nicht abgeerntet wurde. Hier stand der verdörrte Mais noch hoch am Wegesrand.

Da ging es auch schon wieder Richtung Zuhause und nach 6 Kilometern und etwas über einer Stunde kam ich leicht außer Atem wieder Daheim an. Ich werde nun versuchen das wieder regelmäßig zu machen und so meine 5 Kilo runter zu bekommen. Mal schauen wie es läuft, ich werde berichten.

Hello dear community,
Last weekend it happened again. I pulled myself together and went for a walk for the first time in a few months. I haven't done much in this direction in the last few months and unfortunately that has also had an impact on my weight. And so I thought to myself, at least 5 kilos have to go down. So get out into the fresh air and move.

Through the commercial area, past the well-filled scrapyard and through the underpass of the motorway. And then you are in the fields and in another world. The weather was actually just right, a bit cloudy, quite warm and the sun came through every now and then.

So I made my way across the wide fields with a wonderful sky and enjoyed the vastness of the landscape. And of course the peace and quiet, because apart from me there was almost no one here. Past farms where freshly made hay was baled and stacked for the coming winter. The trees are still quite green and full for this time of year, which is probably due to the heavy rain this year.

Maybe that's also the reason why many plants and flowers here were still blooming, such as the rapeseed field, which was still completely yellow in front of me. Then over the motorway bridge with a short stop to watch the cars whiz by. Pretty busy on the highway for a Sunday. Further on my way I also passed a corn field that apparently hadn't been harvested. Here the dried corn still stood high on the side of the road.

Then I headed back home and after 6 kilometers and a little over an hour I arrived home, slightly out of breath. I will now try to do this regularly again and get my 5 kilos down. Let's see how it goes, I'll report back.
