Saludos queridos hivers, espero hayan tenido una excelente semana, les cuento que estos días de descanso que he tenido después de las festividades navideñas han sido perfectos para relajarme en compañía de algunas películas, resultando un par de ellas muy buenas e interesantes, precisamente el día de hoy les vengo hablar de una en particular, que si eres amante de historias románticas estoy segura te gustara tanto como a mí, se llama "Bajo las Estrellas" y está ambientada en locaciones italianas que puedes disfrutar mientras eres testigo de como un escritor de novelas de amor maneja la traición de su pareja, mientras es presionado para terminar su segunda novela a su editorial.

I'm happy to report that these days off I've had after the Christmas holidays have been perfect for relaxing in the company of a few movies, a couple of which turned out to be very good and interesting. Today, I want to talk to you about one in particular. If you love romantic stories, I'm sure you'll like it as much as I did. It's called "Under the Stars" and, It's set in Italy, which you can enjoy while you watch a romance novelist deal with his partner's betrayal as he is pressured to finish his second novel for his publisher.
La pelicula cuenta como protagonista al actor Alex Pettyfer en su rol de Ian me parece que personifica muy bien su rol de un escritor romántico que impregna en su trabajo la poesía para enamorar al lector; pero lamentablemente, en la vida real es completamente diferente con su pareja manteniendo una distancia gracias a su trabajo, no le dedica tiempo a su relación, y aunque él no lo note su novia Jessica Serfati (Kate) se encuentra decepcionada por este hecho, llegando incluso a traicionarlo.
The film stars the actor Alex Pettyfer, in his role as Ian, seems to me to embody very well his role as a very romantic writer who infuses his work with poetry to enchant the reader; Unfortunately, in real life, he is completely different, keeping his distance from his partner because of his work and not dedicating time to their relationship. Although he doesn't notice it, his girlfriend Jessica Serfati (Kate) is disappointed by this and even goes so far as to betray him.
Uno de los aspectos que más resalta en esta historia, es que esta no es la típica película de romance y traición, aquí el protagonista Ian al descubrir a su pareja con otro, decide abandonarla sin peleas, ni venganza simplemente se marcha y decide refugiarse en su pasión que es escribir; poniendo en evidencia su amor propio, aspecto muy necesario en este tipo de situaciones. Por ello emprende un viaje a Italia donde no nada más consigue desbloquear su mente dando rienda suelta a sus sentimientos en su novela, sino también logra tascender sus sentimientos a la vida real, tras conocer a Arianna (Eva de Dominici) la hija del dueño de la posada donde se hospeda y poco a poco queda flechado por su belleza, sencillez y naturalidad con que lo trata.
One of the most striking aspects of this story is that it is not your typical romance and betrayal movie. Here, the protagonist Ian, upon discovering his partner with another man, decides to leave her without a fight or revenge. He simply walks away and decides to take refuge in his passion for writing, demonstrating his self-respect, which is very necessary in this type of situation. He therefore embarks on a trip to Italy, where he not only manages to unblock his mind by giving free rein to his feelings in his novel, but also manages to transcend his feelings into real life after meeting Arianna (Eva de Dominici), the daughter of the owner of the inn where he is staying. Little by little, he falls under the spell of her beauty, simplicity, and the natural way she treats him.

En esta película conseguimos ademas la participación de dos actores grandiosos como lo son Andy García (Giacomo), en su rol del dueño de la posada italiana, y Toni Collette (Audrey) como la tía de Ian, quien viaja a Italia tras su sobrino después de saber que esta solo ahí con su corazón roto, ambos personajes consiguen hacer clic en muchos aspectos de la vida, resultando evidente el amor que surge entre ellos a pesar de su edad, decidiendo darse una segunda oportunidad en el amor, aspecto que a veces por temor al que dirán no se atreven muchas personas de edad avanzada, a dar ese paso al frente a una nueva relación, que a fin de cuentas les devuelve la alegría a sus vidas, siendo muy positivo a mi modo de ver.
Si aún no has visto este film dirigido por Michelle Danner te recomiendo hacerlo, aquí encontraras escenas de comedia, amor y aventura que disfrutaras por aportarle a la trama esa frescura que te engancha desde un principio, al igual de las locaciones Italianas tan hermosas que vamos a ver en la cinta que se estrenó al público a finales del año pasado, hasta una nueva oportunidad.
In this film, we have the participation of two great actors: Andy García (Giacomo), in his role as the owner of the Italian inn, and Toni Collette (Audrey) as Ian's aunt, who travels to Italy after her nephew after learning that he is there alone with a broken heart. Both characters connect on many aspects of life, and the love that blossoms between them despite their age is evident. They decide to give love a second chance, something that many older people are afraid to do because of what others might say. Taking that step forward into a new relationship ultimately brings joy back into their lives, which I think is very positive.
If you haven't seen this film directed by Michelle Danner yet, I recommend you do so. Here you will find scenes of comedy, love, and adventure that you will enjoy because they bring a freshness to the plot that hooks you from the beginning, as well as the beautiful Italian locations that we will see in the film that was released to the public at the end of last year.
