Gusto en pasar por esta hermosa comunidad donde compartimos la satisfacción que sentimos todos de ser parte de esta bella familia que es Hive ❤️, les cuento que el año pasado tuve muchos problemas de conexión con el servicio de internet de Cntv, ya que aunque solicite cambiar el plan varias veces para aumentar la velocidad de la conexión, por razones técnicas no se pudo, teniendo que verme en la necesidad de trabajar en la computadora de madrugada cuando mis hijos y esposo tenían apagados sus equipos para así poder yo conectarme, pero cuando creía que era lo peor, al final del año me quede sin tono en el teléfono y perdí la señal de internet también, después de muchos reclamos personalmente, y por vía telefónica, nos informaron que debíamos esperar nuestro turno para que vinieran los técnicos, ya que había muchos reclamos en esta zona, y debían atender a los que estaban anteriores a nosotros, aun así las facturas seguían llegando por un servicio que no teníamos, a esto la empresa decía que debíamos pagar las rentas básicas si queríamos conservar la línea, ya que se corría el riesgo de perderla si no se pagaba.
