Hi... I recently went to Brunei and visited this mall. This is a new mall here in Brunei Darussalam. It saves a lot of energy and doesn't use much air conditioning outdoors.

The One Mall

One of the newest malls here in Brunei. It has been a couple of months since we last visited Brunei. We've been at Miri most of the time. My wife posing as I took a photo of her while she sat there looking out the clear glass windows. Opposite is a cute plushie of an Avacado.

Haha. Who would have known that even a mart could become a place where we could take a photo to pose?

A new style of architecture. What I love is the huge indoors. The natural sunlight lighting the inner parts of the mall. Huge fans install at the top are used to cool down .

Real plants grow along the handrails. It's great to have some plants.

Long walk ways. The best way to explore the building. One of the shops that I was interested in here is the collectibles area. In Brunei, most malls are not filled with crowds which makes it amazing to visit. You can walk around feeling relaxed without the feeling of needing to hurry.

A trendy mini mart

This little stop is aesthetically pleasing. There are also lots of things to buy around here.

Lots of snacks

My wife and I usually love buying snacks and keeping them around the house and imagining that we are on a treasure hunt.

After a while, we were then ready to explore the other parts of the mall. This is a new concept. Usually malls are fully enclosed with air-con all around but this mall is pretty unique in a way.
