Sibu is a fun place to visit and at night, my wife and I were hungry so we went and got some sushi. There is always something magical about eating sushi. The way each dish is presented is amazing. Our mission was simple; to get our cravings satisfied.

Sushi Tie

This sushi restaurant is located in a mall. First impression is that this mall is clean. This is one of the oldest sushi restaurants here in Sibu but is still quite popular till this day. There is a lot of Japanese art on the walls around the restaurant. You feel as though you are walking into a real Japanese reataurant.

The Menu

There is a huge variety of sushi to choose from each with its own unique names.

Salmon Sashimi

The star of the show - what is special about this dish is that the salmon slices is arranged into the shape of the rose.

Then, we have our favourite popmart character here with us. He is on the conveyor belt waiting to catch some fresh sushi.

These salmon slices are quite thick. If you love sushi, then this dish is definitely what you are going be going for.

The chef here busy creating their unique sushi woth their knife skill. Every single minute counts. Each sushi piece is like an artwork.

While waiting for the sushi to arrive, I enjoyed looking at how each piece of sushi came to life. The chef’s hands were steady and quick.
