night vibes in Hong Kong
Good Morning.. While I was in Hong Kong, I went to an Uniqlo, and it was a different experience.
The first thing that I was into was the Uniqlo coffee. This is the first time that I've seen a Uniqlo coffee. This is not available in Malaysia. So, since I was in Hong Kong and it was not going to be soon, I had to try it out before heading back to Miri.
So, as I walked into Uniqlo. My wife was in the basement of Uniqlo, where all their clothes are located.
I ordered a cup of matcha latte. I sleep well even after a cup of coffee late at night.

They have this simplistic, minimalist style in making coffee. The menu is only that many.
The barista even has those stylish clothes while preparing your coffee.
There is a lounge at the side of the cafe where you can sit and relax. Have a cup of hot coffee while the weather is cold outside.
The cup of coffee even has this special decor on it. The walls are quite artistic.
Bought two cups of coffee here. One is the coffee latte and the other is the Matcha latte.
I was quite anxious and had to check it out if the inside was indeed matcha. Yep. It looks like matcha.
This Uniqlo branch has a lot of Hong Kong themed customization that you could do to your shirt to make it uniquely Hong Kong.

There is a table in the middle of this area where you can take your time and customize the design of the shirt.

You can place a lot of things on the shirt. The neon signs are a must if you do make a shirt here. But it takes a while for it to be made.
These are some of the uniquely Hong Kong designs.

A cup of egg waffle, som mai ( meat wrapped in wanton skin ), as well as a cup of Hong Kong coffee.
After that, we were out exploring again. The night was cold, so my wife wore a thick jacket this time.
A day ago, we thought it would not get that cold and we were wrong.
Explored the city.
Mira Place. In Hong Kong, even as it was already late in the evening, the city was still bustling with lots of cars. You can still hear lots of cars honking. Lots of people walking around.

The bamboo scaffolding from below. This is something unique in Hong Kong. This is a craft that has been here for two centuries since the 1800s.
These photos, some of which have good lighting, have been shot using the Insta360 Go Ultra. This camera is small but it has a good sensor.

The upper floors are living areas for the residents here, and the lower parts here are usually shops.

I love to carry around my action cam. One of the things that it can do is capture a wide field of view. Instead of just a small section of the scene. But it can capture at a high dynamic range. So in most of the photos, you feel as though you can walk into the picture along these pathways.

The famous Hong Kong's red taxis. These taxis are everywhere. I did not use them while I was in Hong Kong and took mostly the train as well as the bus.

A lady here is working late at night, collecting things that she could perhaps sell. One thing I noticed is that there are a lot of senior citizens who have the strength of teenagers. Walking around fast.

After a lot of walking, we decided to have a short rest. We usually spend a lot of time walking. Each day around 25000 steps.

This city is clean and there is no smell of any urine at the side walk, no garbage, and you feel safe all the time. This is all around Hong Kong.

Thank you very much for reading this post.
