I got a package. After a night’s bus trip, my package has finally arrived.

I was excited to get them from the bus station.

At the bus station, I collected them from the bus driver.

A month ago, I ordered a cage for them.

Abysinian Breed mixed with American

The Abyssinian breed has fur that is slightly long but not too long. So, why Guinea Pigs? They are more like rabbits rather than hamsters. They also don't jump around.

I have also ordered their food. So when they arrived, they had a place to stay. They are both female.

While I had it in my car, it was quite well-behaved. I guess it was not sure where it was heading.

After a couple of days in the cage, I decided to bring them to my living room to have them roam around abit.

This is why I love having them. They have eyes that resemble human eyes. They are quite calm, too. Never bite.

I usually go to the back of my house and cut the grass and feed them to the Guinea Pigs.

Quite funny how they can be so calm. They won't run around much and spend a lot of time just staying still if you put them on your lap. It sits there calmly till you get to have an interaction wit them.

The enclosure has been modified because the gaps got too big. In case they escape at night. I keep them in another outside of the house. There is a tray beneath the cage for their poop to be collected. Then, I can easily just wash them out. Pour some of the nitrates into the soil to fertilize the soil.

It is just so cute. I am planning to get a male Guinea Pig, but still on the hunt. I also have plans to increase the size of the enclosure to extend the size of it. More Guinea Pig post in the future.
