I stayed at the Box Hotel. What's special about this hotel is that it is located above 2000 meters above sea level. As it got late, it also got cold. I did not want to drive around as it was getting foggy on the road too. Fortunately, there was a restaurant beside this hotel so I went there and had my dinner.

After walking down the steps, I saw the restaurant. Even from the pictures, it looks surreal, isn't it? Foggy like an unreal place.

The best comfort food to eat at this point in time. Imagine, the cold and you get to eat a plate of warm plate of rice.

Lots of delicious food to choose from. All made to order. I peeked into the small little window where the chef was busy frying fried rice.

Fried Rice

Nothing beats eating a plate of fried rice, especially in the cold. This plate of fried rice as it comes out from the kitchen is burning hot. The smoke can still be seen diffusing up into the air.

The best thing about this dish is the ability to use your spoon and just dig through the egg and have that soft egg mix with the rice.
