Cutely packaged groceries

Good morning my friends,

So anyways, if you have been reading my post often which in the future when I have some time, I will do a bit of mentioning.

As always thanks alot for reading my post. Recently, I noticed that a lot of supermarkets here in Miri tend to sell lots of cute stuff. Consumers these days love packaging like that.

It is also Chinese New Year very soon.

Lots of red lanterns hang all over the ceiling. Most supermarkets are filled with lots of Chinese New Year themed stuff that you can buy.

This supermarket is called Sin Liang supermarket

One you that you would definitely be noticing is that the place looks less modern but that is the appeal to this supermarket. It has been busy with customers and has been in operating for a good couple of decades that it has not been rennovated before. Maybe some minor touches here and there only.

In the background, a man walks into the supermarket and Chinese New Year songs are played in the background all day. I know maybe in some countries, Chinese New Year is not always celebrated. Sarawak loves festivals.

If it is Christmas, Christmas songs play all day and everywhere you see Christmas decors.

Some of these are imported from countries like China and Taiwan.

After eating the jelly inside, you can keep this container and reuse it for keeping stuff while enjoying the cuteness of the duck.

They just have to make everything here look cute. It looks like it wants us to bring it back home.

The brilliance of packaging art. Whoever made the art is creative. You would definitely see this from far and may buy it.

Imported directly from Taiwan as well as China.

China snacks are getting quite popular here in Miri these days.
