A wonderful morning breakfast

A plate of mango sago with milk.

Sago is a starch extracted from the pith, or spongy core tissue, of various tropical palm stems, especially those of Metroxylon sagu. This is then boiled to become a type of dessert that can be found here in Sarawak. It is quite chewy. This is one of the best Sarawakian delights.

How have your Monday and Tuesday been?

My wife and I went to search for a place to eat breakfast, and here we were eating.

I guess we were here quite early. Not many customers are eating here early in the morning.

I guess, I feel as though I am a VIP here. haha.

There is the air conditioning system and fan, but it feels slightly warm here.

This restaurant is called Northern Taste

This is my first time at this restaurant.

A plate of Roti Banjir

In Malaysia, due to the combination of cultures, dishes like this at times have been modified to local taste. This dish has been made by a local instead. It is the Indian Roti, but they have flooded it with curry and top it off with two eggs with their yolks still intact. Yummy.

The perfect combination of a great breakfast. The best start of the day.

After that, I went home to have a rest.

Checking out my aquarium. It's great to look at the fish in my aquarium swimming around. Such a relaxing feeling. The best part is seeing them growing.

After that, it was off to the park for a short one-hour jog. Such a great day to have an exercise. Not too hot, nor did it rain. Just enough sunshine to sweat. The best thing to do in the day.

A great Wednesday passes really quickly.

We are now already almost at the middle of November 2025. Another month till 2026. It has also been almost six years since ,COVID yet at times it feels as though it just happened last year.

Thank you very much for reading my post.
