A cute mascot outside of Aoki Sushi. I wanted to eat here for dinner, but somehow, the restaurant was full. How has your weekend been? Has it been good?

It is the 13th of October 2025. In another two months, it's the end of 2025.

New year, new resolution. I am glad that I've at least achieved some smaller goals this year.

That being said, I do admire the mascot. It's quite a nice addition to the aesthetics of this restaurant.

So I went to Sushi King instead

The location of this Sushi King is in a mall. The good thing about eating at a restaurant that is located in a mall is that after eating here, I can go do some shopping, which is something good.

The conveyor belt. You can grab plates from the belt that has different plates which relates to different prices. The most expensive ones are the purple plates. Then, they will tally all the plates that the customer has eaten and calculate the total price to pay.

This is a homegrown Malaysian brand. You can find Sushi King in most states in Malaysia. One of the best Sushi restaurants in Malaysia.

This dish is usually dipped in wasabi sauce.

At any Sushi King, this is one of those dishes that I would definitely pick and try. The prawn tempura is something hard to make and only chef that has a lot of experience is able to fried it.

This dish is delicious. Hard boiled egg that is fried, and at the top of this dish is poured with mayonaise. Not a lot of sushi restaurants have this on their menu.

My wife ordered this soup dish. It has lots of mushrooms inside. Something warm to feel good on any night.

The kitchen is busy with their orders. We can see the kitchen from where we were sitting. This is great as we know if they chef has done a good job preparing the food here.

Last but not least. This is one of the must-try dishes here at Sushi King. A piece of Salmon is wrapped around sushi rice, and mayonnaise is poured on top of the sushi. This is one of the most delicious dishes.
