It seems that PeakD encountered an issue last night, and I was unable to resolve it. I received an error message stating "header overflow." I tried everything I could; each time I fixed my article and removed some pictures, I clicked "publish" without realizing that it had already been posted. I only discovered this after refreshing my Hive account.
