In this panel my wish is HBD, I look and look at the coins and I would choose a gold one, but NO, it is too much for this boy who would feel ashamed of not having a similar gift to give, so I better look at the requests of the others.

I worked hard and smart for over twenty years to get where I am, and aside from a few of my bad choices I can still take advantage of the few opportunities given to me since beginning my Nursing career. And through the tougher years I often said to myself, "Dreams and Wishes are still free."
