A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words

Inside what he calls his refuge, Antonio prepares to rest. He's been there for about four years. When his wife dies, he withdraws from everything and everyone.

ANTONIO is a 55-year-old man, but life has been hard for him. First he lost his two sons, who died in a plane crash, and then his wife. He has family, but he doesn't want to see them. In what he calls his refuge, Antonio prepares to rest.

Suddenly, he hears a voice, goes outside, and his eyes fill with tears. His older sister approaches him and says, "Brother, I came for you. I want you to come live with us. My husband and son have a place for you." Antonio hugs his sister and replies, "There's nothing for me anymore. I'd rather stay here until the last day of my life."

His sister tries to convince him but nothing works, he decides to leave but not before telling her, we will come for you at least 4 times a month so you can enjoy a good meal and we can enjoy your company, Antonio accepts and his sister leaves... Time passes, Antonio dies, there remains what he called his home, a place that witnessed his sadness and nostalgic memories.

Oh, this is so sad. Losing loved ones isn't always easy. It takes a lot of courage to be able to move on.
