Si ustedes creían que yo había aprendido mi lección con algunos libros de Wattpad, estaban muy equivocados jaja. En mi defensa, este es un género distinto y me lo recomendó una amiga, así que estaba con las esperanzas arriba y también debo destacar que ya llevo un tiempo leyendo libros de editorial de nuevo, así que estas serán las últimas reseñas de libros de esta plataforma. Nuevamente con obras de Ariana Godoy, pero de Dark Romance, tenemos la saga "DARKS" la cual confieso que leí en el orden incorrecto, ya que empecé por el segundo sin querer, así que me lleve un par de spoilers del primer libro. Pero, haciendo las cosas bien, acá les traigo mi reseña del primer libro.

In my defense, this is a different genre and was recommended to me by a friend, so I was with my hopes up and I should also note that I've been reading publisher books again for a while now, so these will be the last book reviews from this platform. Again with Ariana Godoy's works, but from Dark Romance, we have the “DARKS” saga which I confess I read in the wrong order, since I started with the second one unintentionally, so I got a couple of spoilers from the first book. But, making things right, here I bring you my review of the first book.

Esta historia nos narra la vida de Fleur Dupont, una chica que está internada en el instituto Marshall, un psiquiátrico básicamente, distribuido por niveles dependiendo de lo que sufran las personas. Por ejemplo, si son chicos con trastornos alimenticios, van ubicados en el primer nivel o sector, si ya tienen tendencias suicidas los ubican en otro y así. Además, está separado por géneros. Fleur se encuentra en este lugar porque es la única sobreviviente de una masacre, un asesino serial mató a su familia, pero debido al shock ella no recuerda nada y quiere recordar para hacer justicia.

This story tells us the life of Fleur Dupont, a girl who is interned in the Marshall Institute, a psychiatric basically, distributed by levels depending on what people suffer from. For example, if they are children with eating disorders, they are placed in the first level or sector, if they already have suicidal tendencies they are placed in another one and so on. In addition, it is separated by gender. Fleur is in this place because she is the only survivor of a massacre, a serial killer killed her family, but due to the shock she does not remember anything and wants to remember to do justice.

Comenzamos el libro fuerte, ya que a primera instancia Fleur tiene deseos de quitarse la vida y lo intenta, pero es detenida por un chico de ojos grises llamado Pierce. Posteriormente, vemos como ella intenta hacer amigos, pero sin dejar de ver a ese chico misterioso que no habla con nadie, solo con ella. En pocas palabras, con el tiempo desarrollan sentimientos, pero regresa un novio de su pasado, Adam, otro misterioso más que se interna en el instituto y la ayuda a recordar cosas. Sin dejar de lado a un chico de ojos distintos que es un peligro andante, ya que está en el sector más cuidado del internado, incluso con camisa de fuerza, su nombre es Mason y él parece saber cosas de lo que paso son su familia, así que Fleur buscara las respuestas así se ponga en riesgo.

We start the book strong, as at first Fleur has desires to take her own life and tries to do so, but is stopped by a gray-eyed boy named Pierce. Subsequently, we see how she tries to make friends, but still seeing this mysterious boy who doesn't talk to anyone, only to her. In short, over time they develop feelings, but a boyfriend from her past, Adam, returns, yet another mysterious guy who comes into the institute and helps her remember things. Without leaving aside a boy with different eyes who is a walking danger, since he is in the most guarded sector of the boarding school, even in a straitjacket, his name is Mason and he seems to know things about what happened to his family, so Fleur will look for the answers even if she puts herself at risk.

Cuando ya los 3 chicos entran en juego todo se hace más interesantes, no sabes en quién confiar, las pistas apuntan a uno de ellos como el asesino serial, pero, por otro lado, parece ser una persona que no conocemos. Y llega la noche del secuestro, donde el asesino a modo de encapuchado hace de las suyas en el psiquiátrico, buscando a Fleur. Esta se encuentra con Mason herido, y junto con su amiga tratan de escapar los 3, pero no contaba con que Mason se la llevaría a ella, dejando tirada a su amiga en la carretera. Y tanto Fleur como el espectador piensan que Mason es el asesino, pero capítulos más tarde, con la llegada de Adam y Pierce nos enteramos de la verdad.

When the 3 boys come into play everything becomes more interesting, you don't know who to trust, the clues point to one of them as the serial killer, but, on the other hand, it seems to be a person we don't know. And then comes the night of the kidnapping, where the killer in the guise of a hooded man makes his way into the psychiatric hospital, looking for Fleur. She finds Mason wounded, and together with her friend they try to escape, but she didn't count on Mason taking her, leaving her friend stranded on the road. And both Fleur and the viewer think that Mason is the killer, but chapters later, with the arrival of Adam and Pierce we learn the truth.

No les haré la maldad de contarles el final, aunque es bastante popular y muchos lo saben, aún así dejaré la incógnita en el aire. Lo que si puedo decirles, y es el motivo de porque esto es una saga y un Dark Romance, es que el poliamor no es algo que yo adore, pero la relación de estos 4 si es muy adictiva de leer. Y digan lo que digan, mi favorito es Mason y en segundo lugar mis ojos grises, Pierce. Este libro me gusto mucho, es el mejor de la saga y hace que te den ganas de seguir leyendo con ese suspenso que tiene. Esta bien desarrollado y pudiera ser mucho mejor en algunos aspectos, pero yo le daría unas solidas 4 estrellas, me gusto mucho. Espero que les haya encantado conocer mis opiniones, nos leemos pronto!

I won't do you the evil of telling you the ending, even though it's quite popular and many know it, I'll still leave the incognita in the air. What I can tell you, and it is the reason why this is a saga and a Dark Romance, is that polyamory is not something I love, but the relationship of these 4 is very addictive to read. And say what you will, my favorite is Mason and in second place my gray eyes, Pierce. I really liked this book, it is the best of the saga and makes you want to keep reading with the suspense it has. It is well developed and could be much better in some aspects, but I would give it a solid 4 stars, I liked it a lot. I hope you enjoyed my opinions, I'll see you soon!
