ZapficMonday: Farmland Lease

In my state, Abia, it is a usual practice for land owners to lease their lands to farmers to cultivate at each farming season.
This practice is to help farmers who do not have the capital to buy lands outrightly because of it's high cost.

I have the experience while growing up. My father got a piece of land to farm and he paid a certain amount to the land owners annually.
