Two Grave Mistakes!

I can't recall the last time I was this sick, to the extent of stooling for God knows how many times. Since past midnight sleep has eluded me, I've been on the watch like the night watchmen, visiting the toilet at intervals. Each visit leaves me passing smelly liquids only. In fact at some point I drifted to sleep and woke up with a start only to realize that I shit on myself. 😂 It sounds funny but only I know what I'm facing here.

All the creatures in my stomach are at war with themselves as I keep hearing rumbling sound from one end to the other. When has my stomach turned to be the sky? Lol.

I'm hungry but afraid to eat something, including water so I don't indulge the stooling the more. It was the smallpap that I managed to take last night that I've shit away.

You may be wondering what happened. Okay, it started with the fall I had few days ago. I was coming out of the bathroom, slipped and landed on my butt. Ouch! Imagine the small butt that I was managing. Hehehe. The pain was unbearable and even affected my movement.. So I went to see the doctor a friend recommended me to and after doing a check, he prescribed some drugs.

Getting to the drug store around they didn't have the medicines so I went for an alternative - a pain reliever, hoping that'll it'll ease the pain a bit so that by the next day I can head out to town to buy the remaining drugs. Took the recommended dose that night and by morning I was battling with severe stomach pain, stomach ache and nausea. The pain eased though, but it caused more harm than good. Turns out the medication was too strong for my system and triggered the ulcer that's been in the coolers for months. 😂

Omeparazole and Cimetidine came in handy, yet the stomach pain persisted. Eating became a problem because I'd throw up afterwards. The only thing that managed to stay was pap.

Thinking that worms might also have a hand in the stomach upset since it's been some months since I dewormed, I took mebendazole in the evening of yesterday before dinner and by midnight, all hell - rather stomach was let loose, and this is the situation now. I even visited the toilet thrice before I could finish drafting this post. I'm totally drained. 😩

With the last strength left, I've managed to take a warm shower, packed up a few things and now waiting for the dawn so I can head out to the hospital.

Lesson learned

Wait for the good news of my recovery next. ❤️

Sorry about this incident. Yeah, it sounds funny but we still know that it is painful stooling for so long a time plus it can deplete your system of many electrolytes.

Visiting the hospital is just the best bet. Wishing you quick recovery 👍
