Stress Relief Hack - ZapficMonday

One of the things that I like to do whenever I'm stressed out at work is to sit comfortably on my work desk, close my eyes as if on meditation and then give myself a good stretch for about three minutes. This is my daily stress relief hack.

This actually works like magic..I am not sure why, but i have tried it severally and it is a good tension relief hack..
