A lot is required to make this union called marriage work, and also last ever after. The points you mentioned are top most on the list, including maturity in every aspect - spiritual, mentally, emotionally, financially, and others.
Getting married is good but staying in that marriage and help make it work is the business of the two individuals involved, not one. No one partner can make a marriage work.
Anyone who intends to get into marriage should know that Marriage is sweet and sour. Never a bed of roses.
Some of the marriages we have these days are nothing but an opposite of what marriage should be. It's really a pity.
