There's no arguing that the reward of hard work, and also smart work is success and more. Whoever says that hard work doesn't pay should be looked at twice, in fact, with a bombardistic side eye. 😅

That detail about Trisha planning a second branch after two years of grind really lands. The jump from one shop to two changes a lot, so I’m curious if she’ll hire a solid manager or try to run both herself. Scaling needs clear systems, and the buzz around her shows she can build them. Nail that and she won’t need to clone herself... probably.

Love that confidence. A short soft launch with clear playbooks and checklists would make the jump smoother. If she locks in a trustworthy manager and does weekly numbers check ins, she can keep growth steady without burning out. Can’t wait to see the second shop thrive.
