Above And Below The Sky - A Sanctuary!

Few days ago, I read a blog post that resonated with me. The author, @wongi's shared how looking at the sky - either stargazing or moongazing has become a ritual for her - integral part of her life such that people close to her all know about it because she often talks about it. She also mentioned that she loves spending time with nature as it's calming, refreshing, and bring a sense of clarity and renewal to her busy life.

As I read her words, I couldn't help but smile at the realization that I wasn't the only one who's cultivated this lifestyle - watching the celestial beauty and appreciating nature's beauty below.

Just like her, I'd often peep or gaze at the sky from my window whenever I'm indoors. Other times, I'd just step outside to get a better view of the sky. During the day, the radiant sun and majestic clouds captivate my attention.

This is part of my lifestyle.

I can't recall going through the day without catching a glimpse of nature's splendor, even if it's for a few minutes. While doing so, I'd often capture some snapshots or make videos too.

Overtime, I've realized that gazing at the sky, especially at night can be therapeutic. After the day's struggle or during a challenging moment, a glimpse of the sky is all I need to find my calm. In the sky's serenity, I often find solace, peace and clarity amidst turmoil, including answers to questions.

Here are some moon photos I captured recently, precisely on September, 9th. In fact, it was while reading wongi's post that I gazed out my kitchen window, and the moon caught my eye. Call that a coincidence. Lol.

It's appearance, at first was a striking orange hue, a breathtaking sight that begged to be captured. I tried capturing it but the protective net on the window made the image blurry. I had to step outside into the backyard, and was able to take better shots, in different hues.

I zoomed in to capture these ones

Aren't they captivatingly beautiful?

No matter how busy life gets, observing and appreciating nature's beauty, even for a moment, can make all the difference. It can bring us closer to nature and to ourselves too. A glimpse of the sky can offer hope, freedom, and endless possibility, including peace and tranquility. Remember, there's more to life than the daily struggles.

Thank you for reading.

Yeah, moons are magical elements indeed.
Oh, no wonder the moon appeared orangeish at first. 😅
