Buonasera a tutti e ben ritrovati.

Anche questa sera, nonostante la giornata appena trascorsa non sia stata certo meno complicata della precedente, visto che ho dovuto dedicare buona parte della stessa a seguire mio padre, tra visite dal dottore e prenotazioni dei nuovi esami, eccomi rispuntare con questo mio nuovo post.

Almeno fino ad oggi, inaspettatamente, sembra mi stia riuscendo, così, di trovare il modo di ritagliarmi un piccolo spazio personale da dedicare a questa mia rinnovata passione che, per un po' di tempo, per motivazioni varie, avevo trascurato, allontanandomim completamente, da questa piattaforma.

Da qualche giorno, però, sembra che io sia riuscito a riprendere in mano la cosa in maniera piuttosto decisa, e mi auguro, tra alti e bassi, di poter riuscire a continuare così per quanto più tempo possibile, anche se non nego che non sempre sia facile tra impegni ed imprevisti vari.

Nel caso odierno, però, mi premeva particolarmente riuscire a dedicarmi alla scrittura di queste mie poche righe, visto che sono dedicate al nuovo tema del contest settimanale "Unto e Bisunto", della comunità Olio di Balena, che è poi lo stesso che, qualche tempo fa, mi ha fatto ritornare a scrivere su questa piattaforma.

L'argomento selezionato, in questo caso ci riporta sulla blockchain di Hive, visto che ognuno dei partecipanti dovrà andare a parlare dei propri HP, e di quali siano le sue intenzioni sull'uso degli stessi tra deleghe, curation e accumulo.

Personalmente devo innanzitutto ammettere, candidamente, che inizialmente, cosa che non ho mai nascosto, ho decisamente sottovalutato l'utilità degli HP, e soprattutto dell'effettuare i relativi Power Up, e per più di un anno non vi ho praticamente badato, preoccupandomi solo di scrivere quanti più post mi riusciva.

Solo in seguito, notando che altri utenti avevano una crescita notevolmente più importante, ed anche più veloce, rispetto al sottoscritto, nonostante magari avessero attività minori, che, andando a studiare la cosa, mi sono reso conto di quanto stessi sbagliando.

Inutile dire che, da lì in, avanti almeno fino a quando la mia presenza è stata costante, non ho mai perso occasione di effettuare almeno un Power Up mensile, approfittando, solitamente, del giorno dedicato, ovvero il primo di ogni mese, grazie all'iniziativa di Hivebuzz, che ci regala anche un simpatico badge quando lo effettuiamo.

Non è certo quest'ultimo, però, la motivazione principale che mi spinge a effettuare tale operazione, visto che la stessa è decisamente fondamentale per ben altri motivi, e più precisamente perché, all'aumentare dei propri HP (= Staked HIVE - Hive Power), aumenta anche la propria influenza all'interno di questo mondo, visto che, ad esempio, cresce il nostro potere di voto, con il quale possiamo curare, e quindi premiare, i post degli utenti che seguiamo, e che riteniamo meritevoli della nostra attenzione, e che, quindi, vogliamo premiare.

L'attività di curation, ovvero quella di leggere le pubblicazioni di altri utenti ed andare a premiare i più meritevoli con i nostri upvote, si rivela, infatti, un attività altrettanto importante, poiché non solo va a incentivare gli utenti di cui sopra ad andare avanti con il loro "lavoro", facendogli anche pervenire un piccolo ritorno economico, ma ci consente, altresì, di ricevere, a nostra volta, un piccolo ritorno.

Un'altra opportunitò che ci viene offerta dai nostri HP, è quella di delegare una parte dei suddetti a quegli utenti, o a quei progetti, che ci sembrano particolarmente degni di nota, aiutando i primi, magari agli inizi, a muovere i primi passi, o, comunque, a consentirgli di effettuare più operazioni rispetto a quante ne riuscirebbero a fare, visto che il numero delle stesse che ci è consentito portare a termine, giornalmente, è strettamente legato alle risorse che possediamo, e inizialmente non ne avremo certo molte, o, nel secondo caso, per aiutare lo sviluppo di un determinato programma, o di un'idea, magari un nuovo gioco, ricavadone spesso in cambio un qualche ritorno.

Fatto questo quadro generale su come funzionano le cose, per quanto mi riguarda le mie intenzioni attuali mi vedono tentare di accumulare HP, per crescere sempre di più, nel tentativo di riuscire a diventare sempre più influente, e poter avere un potere di voto sempre più consistente, così da andare a premiare, ancora meglio, gli utenti che già seguo, o quelli che dovessi scoprire in seguito, e premiarli, fi nquando lo meriteranno, con incentivi sempre maggiori aiutando la loro crescita personale.

Devo ammettere che, fino a qualche tempo fa, avevo pensato di sfruttare, in modo piuttosto importante, anche le deleghe, visto che spesso potevano offrire dei ritorni ricorrenti interessanti, ma, a conti fatti, dopo essermi confrontato con altri utenti, ed in particolar modo con @libertycrypto27, che mi ha fatto comprendere che la curation è sicuramente molto più importante, ma altrettanto interessante a livello di ritorno economico, ho deciso di dedicare alle stesse non più di un 20-25% dei miei HP.

Fondamentalmente, quindi, per fare un riassunto, le mie intenzioni, almeno nel breve periodo, sono quelle di accumulare quanti più Staked HIVE possibili, effettuando continui Power Up, per avere un potere di voto sempre più alto, con il quale andare a fare un'adeguata azione di "cura" verso gli atri utenti, e riservarne solo una parte per eventuali deleghe verso progetti meritevoli.

Ovviamente questo non vuole essere un suggerimento per chicchessia per fare altrettanto, ma semplicemente la mia attuale idea in merito alla questione, e ritengo che ognuno sia libero di valutare, con la sua testa, e decidere cosa fare, a sua volta, con i suoi HP.

Per chi, ad esempio, avesse meno tempo da dedicare a questa piattaforma, e quindi all'attività di curation, credo che le deleghe potrebbero essere un'alternativa più che interessante, che potrebbero creare delle piccole rendite automatiche, e quindi penso che, prima di qualsiasi decisione, ognuno dovrà prima valutare attentamente la propria situazione personale.

Resta il fatto, comunque, che questa piattaforma può offrire diverse modalità, tutte quante parimenti valide, per ottenere buoni risultati, se sfruttata adeguatamente, utilizzando il proprio Hive Power, che rimane, comunque, la parte centrale per la crescita personale di ognuno degli utenti.

Even this evening, despite the fact that the day just passed was certainly not less complicated than the previous one, given that I had to dedicate a good part of it to following my father, between visits to the doctor and booking new tests, here I am again with this new post of mine.

At least until today, unexpectedly, I seem to be managing to find a way to carve out a little personal space to dedicate to this renewed passion of mine that, for some time, for various reasons, I had neglected, completely distancing myself from this platform.

For a few days now, however, it seems that I have managed to get back on track in a rather decisive way, and I hope, between ups and downs, to be able to continue like this for as long as possible, even if I do not deny that it is not always easy between commitments and various unforeseen events.

In today's case, however, I was particularly keen to be able to dedicate myself to writing these few lines of mine, given that they are dedicated to the new theme of the weekly contest "Unto e Bisunto", of the Olio di Balena community, which is the same one that, some time ago, made me return to writing on this platform.

The selected topic, in this case, takes us back to the Hive blockchain, since each of the participants will have to go and talk about their HP, and what their intentions are on the use of the same between delegations, curation and accumulation.

Personally, I must first admit, candidly, that initially, something I have never hidden, I definitely underestimated the usefulness of HP, and especially of carrying out the related Power Ups, and for more than a year I practically paid no attention to it, worrying only about writing as many posts as I could.

Only later, noticing that other users had a significantly more important, and also faster, growth than me, despite perhaps having smaller activities, that, going to study the matter, I realized how wrong I was.

Needless to say, from then on, at least until my presence was constant, I never missed an opportunity to carry out at least one monthly Power Up, taking advantage, usually, of the dedicated day, that is the first of each month, thanks to the initiative of Hivebuzz, which also gives us a nice badge when we carry it out.

However, this is certainly not the main motivation that drives me to carry out this operation, since it is definitely fundamental for many other reasons, and more precisely because, as your HP (= Staked HIVE - Hive Power) increases, your influence within this world also increases, since, for example, our voting power grows, with which we can curate, and therefore reward, the posts of the users we follow, and who we consider worthy of our attention, and who, therefore, we want to reward.

The curation activity, that is, reading the publications of other users and rewarding the most deserving ones with our upvotes, turns out to be, in fact, an equally important activity, since it not only encourages the users mentioned above to continue with their "work", also sending them a small economic return, but it also allows us to receive, in turn, a small return.

Another opportunity that our HPs offer us is to delegate a part of the aforementioned to those users, or to those projects, that we think are particularly noteworthy, helping the former, perhaps at the beginning, to take their first steps, or, in any case, to allow them to carry out more operations than they would be able to do, given that the number of the same that we are allowed to complete, daily, is strictly linked to the resources that we have, and initially we will certainly not have many, or, in the second case, to help the development of a certain program, or an idea, perhaps a new game, often obtaining some return in exchange.

Having made this general overview of how things work, as far as I'm concerned my current intentions see me trying to accumulate HP, to grow more and more, in an attempt to become more and more influential, and to be able to have an increasingly consistent voting power, so as to reward, even better, the users that I already follow, or those that I should discover later, and reward them, as long as they deserve it, with ever greater incentives helping their personal growth.

I must admit that, until some time ago, I had thought of exploiting, in a rather important way, also the delegations, since they could often offer interesting recurring returns, but, all things considered, after having compared myself with other users, and in particular with @libertycrypto27, who made me understand that curation is certainly much more important, but equally interesting in terms of economic return, I decided to dedicate no more than 20-25% of my HP to them.

Basically, therefore, to summarize, my intentions, at least in the short term, are to accumulate as many Staked HIVE as possible, carrying out continuous Power Ups, to have an increasingly higher voting power, with which to go and carry out an adequate "care" action towards other users, and reserve only a part of it for possible delegations towards worthy projects.

Obviously this is not meant to be a suggestion for anyone to do the same, but simply my current idea on the matter, and I believe that everyone is free to evaluate, with their own head, and decide what to do, in turn, with their HP.

For those, for example, who have less time to dedicate to this platform, and therefore to the curation activity, I believe that delegations could be a more than interesting alternative, which could create small automatic incomes, and therefore I think that, before any decision, everyone will first have to carefully evaluate their personal situation.

The fact remains, however, that this platform can offer different methods, all equally valid, to obtain good results, if exploited adequately, using one's Hive Power, which remains, however, the central part for the personal growth of each user.

I would say, at this point, that I have exhausted the topics on the daily theme, and indeed, perhaps, ended up going on too long, as often happens to me, and, consequently, in the hope of not having bored them, I have nothing left to do but wish you a good evening, and invite you, if you still want to read my publications, to keep an eye on my profile.
