Hi friends of Hive and #SWC, yesterday I had a very busy day with a little limited time, which did not allow me to perform the routine that corresponded to me which was the pull-ups, but that involved me going down to the park where the bars were located and at that time was something I could not do because I had to take care of my dad who is newly operated, even so, to stay active I took the liberty to perform a fairly basic and quick routine of abdomen to keep the core active. Unfortunately, material, resources and time are a little scarce right now, but I always try to do what I have at hand and make it possible. In this ab routine I use nothing but the floor. Doing typical exercises like the bicycle, knees to chest, V isometrics, twist-russian and plank with some variety. These exercises are pretty basic, but very effective for core training. The repetitions and duration of each of the exercises can be performed according to your level, endurance and abdominal strength. In my case, I only did some 25 repetitions, and in plank 1 minute, due to my condition, which I am working hard to improve. Hello guys and girls from street workout community and hive, we are in a new post which I will show you and tell you what I think about my day to day in the park "Las Ballenitas" Well, let's start with what I think about my day to day life in the park: "Well, it's incredible the way I connect with my classmates and that excitement of improving and moving forward every time I go to the park is a way to distract myself from my problems." or laugh at life with my colleagues and friends. I feel happy every day I go to the park because I can improve myself every day, practicing every trick, every exercise and training, my strength improves my intellect, technique, movement and flexibility and speed, even my reaction. to be able to predict the next movement that I am going to perform and perfect, improve my dynamics and statics I feel happy to progress in an abysmal way in my time and without rushing, things come on their own, only your process is what makes you who you are and that is why it is an incredible way to improve yourself and move forward.

Last Saturday, we went to our favorate beach resort at Caba, La Union to finally celebrate special day of the birthday celebrants. It was planned last July 27 but due to unfavorable weather condition, we choose to cancel our reservation and reschedules it and then cancelled again due to Typhoon Carina.Well, while we were in the beach, The life guard changed the red flag into green flag. I thought at first, it was a color code for the day but I noticed the Bulletin near entrance going to the beach about low and high tide. in the previous month we went, their is no signages like that before.

Today I will share with you photos from last Monday, August 12th, a day when I couldn't go to the Whales in the morning. I was bummed because it was sunny and I wanted to enjoy it. However, I didn't let that thought affect me and, during the day, I talked to my mum to see if she would let me go in the afternoon; besides, I would like her to go with me. She agreed, so I thought, ‘I won't be alone when I get back, I'll be with my mum’. Finally, we agreed to leave the house at 4 p.m. and arrive at 5 p.m. Remember, guys, especially those who live in Maracay, that this park is not very close; at least for me, it's not close at all, hahaha!
